この方法は使用できない。 There are two methods for installing tiles: one method is to attach cement mortar to the back of the tile and then press it to the base of the area to be installed, and the other is to attach cement mortar to the base of the area to be installed and then press the tile to that area. There is a pressure-bonding method in which the tiles are laid down, but when constructing large tiles like the one for which the present invention is being applied, the pile-up method uses an even layer of cement mortar, which often falls off after being pressed down to the base. The disadvantages of the pressure bonding method include the difficulty in applying cement mortar in large quantities, but since the tiles are laid by rolling and pressing, it is difficult to ensure that the adjacent tiles are flush, and the cement mortar is applied in large areas. However, the bond between the cement mortar and the tile becomes poorer as the time progresses, so the cement mortar has to be attached to each small section, which is not preferable. There are also methods that use organic adhesives or resin mortar instead of cement mortar, but they are more expensive than cement mortar, and if the structure is deformed, the tiles may crack or break or fall off. There is a danger that In addition, in the case of large tiles with a thickness of 15 mm or more, a hole is made on the back of the tile, a copper wire is passed through the hole, and the tile is tied to the frame protruding from the structure's frame, and mortar is placed between the frame and the tile. Alternatively, there is a method of pouring concrete, but this method cannot be used with tiles less than 15 mm thick as the hole will collapse.

This provides a method for easily and uniformly installing tiles of ~10 mm on walls, etc.
以下本発明を図面に従つて詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The shapes of the through holes are squares of the same size arranged regularly as shown in Figure 1 a, circular holes as shown in b, and hexagonal holes arranged in a honeycomb shape as shown in c. , or a large number of squares of different sizes, or circles of different sizes,
Alternatively, a triangular shape, a mixture thereof, or a completely irregular shape as shown in d can be arbitrarily selected.

Further, depending on the size and weight of the tile, the aperture ratio of the mask plate is arbitrarily determined within a range of 60% or more.

Moreover, if it is 10 mm or more, sufficient adhesive strength cannot be obtained and construction cannot be performed. In addition, tiles weighing less than 1.5 kg or measuring less than 0.09 m 2 can be installed using conventional methods, whereas tiles over 6.0 kg or 0.4 m 2 have poor workability and do not have sufficient adhesive strength. I can't.

If there is any unevenness in the tile or the tile itself, there will be areas where it will not adhere, so if you press the tile against the wall and then apply vibrations to the tile in a direction perpendicular to the wall, the cement mortar will move and the recesses in the wall will be moved. This will give sufficient adhesive strength. Furthermore, even if the tile itself has unevenness, the cement mortar fills in the unevenness and provides a uniform surface that is almost the same as the surface of the mask plate, so there is no problem of poor adhesion caused by the unevenness of the tile itself. .
