本考案は微生物を液体培地中で通気撹拌培養す

本考案を図面に示す実施例について説明すると

流誘導円筒本体2とのなす角度αが75゜〜115゜と
なるよう漏斗状に傾斜せしめた対流誘導円筒を設
ける。対流誘導円筒の内部にはタービン翼4およ
び傾斜角付き櫂型羽根5が設けられモーター6に
よつて回転される。また円筒状容器3の内壁には
邪魔板7、エアーインレツト管8その先端にスパ
ージヤー9、上部にはエアーアウトレツト管が設

を目的として対流誘導円筒が設けられているもの
があつた。しかし、従来使用されている対流誘導
円筒は、対流誘導円筒上部1と対流誘導円筒本体
2とのなす角度αが0゜〜45゜の範囲のものであつ
た。また、実公昭27−10391公報に見られるよう
に倒円錐形の対流誘導円筒は公知ではあるが、本
考案におけるような対流誘導円筒上部1と対流誘
導円筒本体2とのなす角度αが75゜〜115゜である
