Abstract

PURPOSE:To oxidate and remove oil drops attached, by forming a heater for cooking with a super heat resistant ceramic plate (plate heater) in which a heat emitting body is embedded, and providing an oxidation catalyst layer over the surface of this plate heater. CONSTITUTION:A low-expansion coating layer 9 of glass type is provided over the surface of a plate heater 7, and further thereover an oxidation catalyst layer 14 is furnished, which consists of mat-shaped baking of enamel material comprising frit and catalyst, which consists of Pt or Pd and oxide of rare earth. A heat emitting element 8 obtained by winding a heater wire in its inside coil- shapedly and shaping it in zigzag pattern so as to exhibit a plane, is recessed in super heat resistant ceramic. When current is fed, the surface temp. of the heater becomes substantially uniform at 600-700 deg.C. This prevents uneven baking even though the plate heater 7 approaches the material to be cooked, and eventually sputtered and attached oil drops to the surface of this heater 7 will be oxidated insantly by the oxidation catalyst layer 14 to ensure that the surface is kept purified and free from baking-fast.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional pottery device, the scattered oil droplets are scattered on the soot part of the heater 27 at 400°C, on the lead to the terminal in the case of a sheathed heater, and on almost the entire surface in the case of a space heater. Stick and bake.

In addition, the oil droplets that dripped downward are absorbed by the water in the saucer 24 and smoke generation is suppressed, but as the water boils during cooking, heat is taken away from it and the internal temperature does not rise sufficiently. The baking performance could not be obtained, and the product was steamed, resulting in a watery finish.

Function: The oxidation catalyst layer of the present invention is a combination of precious metals such as platinum and palladium and rare earth oxides, and when heated to 30°C or higher, it oxidizes and purifies carbon monoxide and hydrogen chloride. It is possible to efficiently reduce nitrogen dioxide to nitrogen monoxide, and by setting the surface temperature of the plate heater to over SOO℃, instant oxidation and purification is possible. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of nitrogen dioxide that is scattered from the food being cooked. Since the attached oil droplets are oxidized and purified, there is no chance of them becoming burned-in stains that cannot be removed by wiping.

Also, if this plate heater is placed below the food to be cooked and used as a lower heater, the small amount of oil droplets that drip onto the plate heater will be instantly oxidized and purified, but if a large amount of oil is generated, it will cause a little smoke. However, some substances may remain without being completely purified.

At this time, it can be burned out by dry energizing again. Furthermore, by providing a large number of holes in this oxidation catalyst layer, scattered or dripped oil is absorbed into the holes, greatly expanding the contact area with the oxidation catalyst and promoting the purification reaction, making it possible to oxidize and purify even large amounts of oil. I can do it.

Super heat-resistant ceramic heater 7 with heating element embedded in the operation part 13
When power is started to be supplied to the heater (hereinafter referred to as the heater), if the watt density of the heater 7 is set to 4 to sN/d, the surface temperature of the heater becomes approximately uniform at 600 to Too°C. Therefore, even if the heater 7 is brought close to the food 6, the food can be baked with high heat without uneven cooking. Even if the scattered oil droplets still adhere to the surface of the heater 7, they are instantly oxidized and purified by the oxidation catalyst layer 14 on the surface, preventing seizure. When the food 6 is properly baked, it is turned over and baked in the same manner. When the food is finished, the operation section 13 stops the power supply to the heater 7, and cooking is completed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the heater 7 having the above-mentioned structure is arranged below the cooking chamber 3, and above it a grill is provided, on which the food e is placed. The food 6 is cooked simultaneously on both sides by energizing the heaters 7 provided above and below. If the oil droplets dropped onto the lower heater 7 at this time are small, they can be oxidized and purified by the oxidation catalyst layer 14 on the surface. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, by providing honeycomb-shaped holes 16 in the oxidation catalyst layer 14, even a large amount of oil droplets can be oxidized and purified. Therefore, since water is not used, the internal temperature can be kept at 26° C. or higher without steaming, and baking can be done with high heat.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, a super heat-resistant ceramic plate heater with an embedded heating element provided with an oxidation catalyst layer on the surface is used as a heater for heating food. This instantly oxidizes and purifies the oil droplets that have spattered and adhered to the food, preventing any burning and eliminating the need for cleaning.

Furthermore, by placing the above-mentioned heater below the food to be cooked, the present invention purifies oil droplets and suppresses smoke generation without the conventional method of draining water, thereby making it possible to optimally bake at a high temperature without steaming. It is something to do.
