性筒体4より突出した前記ハンドル軸5の断面略
D字形状になる後端部5aに軸方向移動自在に係
合する略D字形状の軸孔9bを穿設されてなるク
ラツチ部材、10は止め輪11により前記ハンド
ル軸後端部5a外周に固定されたカラー12に後
端を担持されて前記クラツチ部材9を軸方向に弾
性付勢せしめるコイルスプリングである。

ルスプリング10の弾性押圧力により再び両咬合
歯8a,9aは互いに咬合し、調整後の相対角度
を保持するようになる。したがつて回動カム7の
ハンドル軸5との係合はコイルスプリング10の
押圧力に頼るものではなく、該コイルスプリング
