However, the conventional double slab structure used underground beams with slab spacing of 1 to 2 m, which required deep underground root cuts and the need to transport formwork for constructing the double slab structure. The problem with the formwork was that it was a complicated and difficult process to make the sushi. Therefore, recently, construction methods are being adopted that use double-slab construction materials such as concrete blocks and bricks, which pressurize the spring water tank to a minimum height and do not require formwork inside the tank. However, these concrete blocks, bricks, etc. weigh a lot per piece, so heavy machinery is required to transport them in large quantities, and they cannot be made into large sizes, so it takes a long time and labor to lay them over a large area. It required Furthermore, water absorption and corrosion of the product itself were problematic.

。(Example) FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a typical embodiment of the panel of the present invention. As shown in the figure, one of the features of the panel of the present invention is that substantially truncated conical legs 2 formed by partially recessing the top plate surface 1 downward are scattered. By partially recessing the top plate surface downward, the legs 2 have a hollow shape with an open top, and concrete is cast and filled into the hollow to form supporting legs between the upper and lower slabs. be. Note 1
In this specification, the term "concrete" is used to include not only concrete but also mortar and the like. The leg portions 2 are designed to handle spring water in order to maximize the use of the space between the upper slab integrally formed on the top plate of the panel and the lower slab on which the panel is laid as a spring water treatment passage. It is formed in the shape of a road cone, such as an inverted truncated cone or an inverted water truncated pyramid, with the intention of preventing it from becoming an obstacle to the flow as much as possible, and the legs 2 are scattered on the top plate 1. It is set up as follows. It is desirable that the dots be distributed in a geometrically regular manner in order to uniformly distribute the load and increase structural strength, but even if the dots are irregular, they should be distributed almost uniformly as a whole. You may be of help.
なお、脚部の長さは湧水量等を勘案して定められるが、
通常60〜1001程度が採用されろ。The length of the legs is determined by taking into account the amount of spring water, etc.
Normally, a number between 60 and 1001 is used.

This is provided by forming a concave groove or a convex peak having a depth or height of approximately 175 mm, but by arranging the ribs 3 in such a manner that the legs are connected to each other by the ribs, the panel can be improved. Strength can be significantly improved. That is, the panel of the present invention has, for example, 1 rP? to save labor during construction. In order to increase the size and facilitate manual transportation, the top plate 1 is usually formed into a thin piece with a thickness of 1 to 5 m + rod thickness, for example, about 3 h/m.
By making the top plate larger and thinner, the mechanical strength inevitably decreases. On the other hand, when using a single panel,
When laying panels on the lower slab, workers are placed on top of the panels, which puts a considerable load on them, and when concrete is placed on top of the panels, the panels may become deformed until the concrete hardens. It is necessary to prevent this.

In order to improve the bonding, it is desirable to provide a tenon 1114 or the like for bonding at each peripheral portion of the quadrilateral top plate and to fit the two together. In addition, by positioning leg portions in each peripheral portion and overlapping the leg portions located in the peripheral portions of adjacent panels, an even stronger joint can be obtained. By doing this, it is possible to prevent panels from shifting, and when concrete is placed on top of the panels, there is no gap between the panels, causing the concrete to leak downwards. can be prevented.

Synthetic resin is preferably employed. Generally, these synthetic resins are molded by vacuum forming.

が特徴である。To construct a double slab structure using the panels of the present invention, a plurality of panels are laid on the lower slab with the panels joined together, and then concrete is poured over the panels. This is done by simultaneously constructing support legs between the upper and lower slabs, which are formed by filling the hollows of the legs of the upper slab and the panel with concrete. When pouring concrete, reinforcing bars should be arranged in advance as necessary. In this way, in constructing the double slab structure of the present invention, the upper slab and the support legs between the upper and lower slabs can be constructed at the same time. It is a characteristic.

can also be adapted. Moreover, since there is no advantage of absorbing spring water and there is no disadvantage of corrosion, the lifespan of the constructed double slab structure is also improved. By constructing a double slab structure using these panels, it becomes a low-floor double slab structure, which reduces the amount of root cutting, waste disposal, concrete, and reinforcing bars, reducing construction costs and shortening the construction period. This makes construction possible and economical.
