[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] This invention relates to a cable support fitting for floor holes, which also provides fire and smoke prevention treatment for vertical main lines installed in structures such as buildings and condominiums.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, a vertical trunk cable 1 is vertically laid from the top floor to the bottom through a floor hole 3 penetrating the slab 2 of each floor. The floor hole 3 must be backfilled for fire prevention measures, and was filled with concrete 4 and rock wool 5.

However, this process required a lot of effort and effort to close the ceilings on each floor. In addition, the electrical equipment technical standards state that the large tension due to the vertical main cable 1
In order to prevent this from occurring, it is specified that a vertical trunk cable 1 should be supported every 6 meters. Therefore, the vertical main cable 1 is supported by a support metal fitting 7 attached to the wall 6. With this support means, the supporting hardware 7 protrudes from the wall and becomes an obstruction, and it is also inconvenient for finishing the wall.

Furthermore, when using cable support fittings for floor holes to stuff rock wool or the like into the space for filling the fireproofing material, the work was troublesome and time-consuming because the shape of the rock wool was irregular.

Therefore, in Utility Application No. 54-134549 (see Utility Model Application No. 56-50878), the inventors of the present application used a fire-retardant treatment material 8 made of asbestos foam to shorten the work time, and used fire-retardant treatment and cables. Although we proposed a cable support fitting A for floor holes with a simple structure that also serves as support, the following new problems were raised (see Fig. 6).

That is, in this proposal, the support fittings A protrude above the floor, which spoils the aesthetics and is not desirable from a safety standpoint.Furthermore, in recent years, backfilling of the floor holes 3 has become a regular requirement, making it difficult to install the fittings. People are increasingly looking for things that can be backfilled together.

Furthermore, when a fire breaks out in a high-rise building or condominium, the wiring shafts and ducts of electric wires and cables are the best places to carry the flames and smoke, causing the spread of fire and fatal accidents due to smoke and toxic gases.

In order to solve the above problem, the cable support fitting of the present invention includes a cup having a bracket on the inner periphery that fits into the floor hole, and a cable through hole in the bottom.
The cable is tightened with a bolt nut through a bushing, and consists of a cable fastener that engages with the bracket, asbestos foam stuffed into the bottom and top of the cup, and a resin mixture that hardens over time injected into the middle. The bushing is made of a material that turns into ceramic when exposed to high temperatures.

In the present invention constructed as described above, asbestos foam is placed at the bottom and top of the cup fitted into the floor hole, and a resin mixture that hardens over time is injected into the middle to provide fire resistance. The cable is supported by a bushing made of a material that imparts airtightness (smoke resistance) and turns into ceramic, and the cable is tightened with a clamp, and the clamp is engaged with a bracket provided on the inner surface of the cup to support the cable. Even if the part is exposed to fire, it will not be destroyed by fire, and furthermore, by attaching the supporting metal fitting of the present invention to the floor hole, the floor hole can be sealed (backfilled).

The bushing 12 is made of a material that turns into ceramic when heated to a high temperature, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-50181, by making a cut leading to the cable insertion hole 20 from the outer periphery or by cutting it into two parts so that the bushing 12 can be fitted to the cable 1. The cable 1 is made of a silicone composition, and even if exposed to fire, it will not burn out and turn into a ceramic, thereby causing no problem in supporting the cable 1 with a cable fastener 18, which will be described later.

Next, the bushing 12 is fitted onto the cable 1, the bushing 12 is held between the two-piece cable fasteners 18, and both metal fittings 18 are tightened with bolts. It engages with the bracket 19, supports the cable 1 on the cup 10 through the metal fitting 18, bushing 12, and bracket 19, and supports and fixes it on the slab 2, completing the cable support on the floor by the cable support metal fitting A of the present invention. .

Since the asbestos foams 13 and 16 are easily chipped, it is preferable to protect the outer surfaces by attaching glass fiber cloth or fire-resistant organic fiber cloth to the outer surfaces using a fire-resistant adhesive.

Furthermore, if there is one or two trunk cables 1, or three or more trunk cables, it is not necessary to fit the cone 17 if rock wool can be filled in the upper and lower parts of the gap and LCR 15 can be injected in the middle. .

In addition, after exposing the bottom of the cup to a flame of 1050℃ for 3 hours using a burner conforming to IEEE std634, we dismantled it and observed the inside, and found that the part directly exposed to the flame had turned to ash, but the LCR15 smoke imparting material)
No abnormality was observed, and the bushings 12 were made of ceramic and continued to firmly support each cable 1.

In addition, asbestos foam is placed on the top and bottom of the cup,
Since LCR is injected in the middle, the LCR fills the gap in the support fittings, giving it an airtight structure, that is, smokeproofing, and the asbestos foam protects the LCR from fire, making it a fireproof structure. .
