Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce loss of fan power and obtain high purification degree, and at the same time make an air duct unnecessary by a method wherein a high performance air filter is arranged at the suction port side, and purified air which has passed the filter is air-condition-controlled by a heat exchanger for air-conditioning and blown out from a blow-out port. CONSTITUTION:At the suction port 11 side of a main body casing 1 which has a suction port 11 and blow-out port 12, a high performance air filter 2 is arranged. When a fan 3 is operated, unclean air containing dust in a clean room 30 is drawn from the suction port 11 and is purified by passing through the filter 2. The purified air is drawn by the fan 3 from a suction chamber 21 and is sent to a heat exchanger for air-conditioning 5, and after being air- condition-controlled, the purified air is supplied to the clean room 30 from a blow-out passage 16 through the blow-out port 12. By this method, high purification degree can be obtained without increasing the fan power, and an air duct becomes unnecessary.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the air cleaner configured as described above, the filter (D) is disposed on the outlet (E) side, and the air blown out from the fan (C) is , into the filter (D),
Since the air is supplied to the clean room (F) from the outlet (E) after passing through the filter (D), the clean air supplied from the outlet (E) is reduced due to the passage resistance of the filter (D). Wind speed is low (e.g. 1.5m/5e
e), and as a result, the distance traveled by the clean air supplied from the outlet (E) becomes shorter.

Therefore, in order to circulate the indoor air in the clean room (F) and clean the room, the inlet (K) must be connected to the outlet (
It is necessary to open the air duct at a position distant from E), and for this reason, an air duct (J) as shown in FIG. 5 is essential.

Therefore, the air duct (J) and the duct arrangement work for the air duct (J) are required, which increases the cost, takes up space, and reduces the effective living area of the clean room (F). In order to obtain this, the fan power of the fan (C) also becomes large, which is disadvantageous in terms of energy saving and noise reduction. An object of the present invention is to be able to circulate indoor air in a clean room by driving a circulation fan without using an air duct, to reduce loss of fan power and obtain high cleanliness, and to eliminate the need for an air duct. To provide an air purifier which can eliminate high costs due to the need for air purifiers and which can also effectively utilize the space of a clean room.

(Function) The above-mentioned direct performance air filter (2) is arranged on the suction port (11) side, and the clean air that has passed through the filter (2) is controlled by the air conditioning heat exchanger (5) and blown out. Since the air is blown out from the outlet (12), the speed of the blown air is the same as the speed required to circulate the clean room (30) (for example, 5 m/-).
Therefore, the indoor air in the clean room (30) can be circulated without using an air duct as in the conventional example, and since no air duct is used, high cleanliness can be achieved without increasing the fan power. This makes it possible to save energy, and it also eliminates the need for not only the air duct but also the duct work, which reduces high costs. 1), the manufacturer of the air purifier can conduct a comprehensive characteristic test, and on-site, by simply attaching it to the ceiling, etc., an air purifying system suitable for the clean room (30) can be obtained.

By the way, on the blowing side of the fan (3), only the air conditioning heat exchanger (5) is disposed so that the air passes through it at a low wind speed that prevents drain water from flying away, and the filter (2) is disposed on the suction side, the velocity of the clean air blown from the outlet passage (16) to the outlet (12) can be set to the velocity required for indoor circulation (for example, 5 cm/equation), and the Since the reach can be extended to the floor of the clean room (30) or close to it, indoor air can be circulated without using an air duct.

Therefore, since there is no need to use an air duct, a high degree of cleanliness can be obtained without increasing the fan power, which makes it possible to save energy. Also, since the air duct and its piping work can be eliminated, it is economical. This will also be of great benefit to the company, and the space in the clean room (30) can also be used effectively.
