<Problems that this invention attempts to solve> Matsuto Switch was published in Utility Application No. 155696, 1983.
- In No. 133922, it was proposed to provide a planar space between the upper mat member and the lower mat member, and to install a pressure conductive wire as a switch member in the space.
This procedure requires a large amount of materials and assembly processes, which hinders the efficient production of matsuto switches. In addition, laying pressure conductive wires causes wiring misalignment, and the upper mat member and pressure There was a problem that there was a gap between the conductive wires and the switch did not work even when stepped on. There was also the problem that rainwater etc. could enter and cause malfunctions. The present invention attempts to solve such problems.

<Structure of the invention> The invention uses a wire member for a switch that is temporarily fixed in a meandering pattern, etc., and a flexible foam thin plate that is poured and molded in a size that surrounds the wire member, so that both the front and back sides of the wire member are exposed. A Matsuto switch characterized in that a contact plate is formed in the form of a flat plate, and band-shaped bridges are integrally molded at alternate positions spaced apart on the front and back surfaces of the thin plate, spanning between the longitudinal sides of the wire member. It has a contact plate structure.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a meandering groove 2 is provided on a lower mold 6 for molding, and a wire member 1 for a switch (a flat mesh wire having electrical conductivity) is formed narrower than the groove 2. 1a,
1b and a pressure-sensitive conductive elastic body 1c is inserted between them, and covered with an insulating material 1d), and are fitted and wired with adhesive gaps 2a left on both sides in the longitudinal direction. 9 is a needle member for temporary fixing that is inserted with a gap. An upper mold 5 having a meandering groove 2 of the same shape opposite to the meandering groove 2 on its inner surface is placed on the lower mold 6, and room temperature foaming is carried out in the hollow part 4a for forming a thin plate connected to both grooves 2, 2. The thin plate 4 is formed by injecting a solution such as polyurethane foam. The thin plate 4 expands due to foaming during the molding process and firmly adheres to the wire member 1 at the bonding gap 2a, filling the wiring gap 10, and has a flat plate shape in which the outer four circumferences of the wire member 1 are surrounded by side plate portions 11. Further, the upper and lower molds 5 and 6 have strip grooves 3a and 3b for bridge forming that cross the outside of the upper and lower surfaces of the wire member 1 at alternate positions spaced apart from the meandering grooves 2 and 2 on the inner surface. is provided, and the thin plate 4
During the molding process, band-shaped bridges 3, 3 are molded integrally with the thin plate 4, spanning alternating positions spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the front and back surfaces of the wire member 1. When the thin plate 4 is removed from the mold after molding, a flat contact plate A in which the wire member 1 is surrounded by the thin plate 4 is obtained as described above. In the contact plate A, the front and back surfaces of the wire member 1 protrude from the front and back surfaces of the thin plate 4, and band-shaped bridges 3, 3 alternately straddle the front and back surfaces of the wire member 1 at intervals.

The contact plate A thus formed is placed in the recess 7a of the mat member 7 as shown in FIG. 2, covered with an overlay 8, and used for opening and closing an automatic door.

<Effects of the invention> As described above, the present invention includes a wire member for a switch that is temporarily fixed in a meandering line, etc., and a solution that foams at room temperature, such as polyurethane foam, in a size surrounding the wire member and the side surface of the wire member. Since we have formed an adhesive plate that firmly adheres to the wire member, fills the wiring gap and all four circumferences of the wire member, and maintains its shape with band-shaped bridges that alternately straddle the front and back surfaces of the exposed wire member at intervals. This has the effect that it can be formed efficiently by installing the contact plate.

Further, due to the structure in which the front and back surfaces of the wire member are exposed from the front and back surfaces of the thin plate, the stepping pressure directly presses the wire member, resulting in the effect that the switch action can be performed with high sensitivity.
