An automobile cushion body made of foam is shown in FIG. The cushion body 1 has wires 2 1 and 2 2 buried therein, and these wires 2 1 ,
Holes 3 1 , 3 2 and holes 3 3 , 3 4 are provided from both ends of the cushion body 1 to the surface of the cushion body 1 . Then, a skin material is applied to the surface of the cushion body 1, a part of which is drawn into the holes 3 1 to 3 4 , and the drawn skin material is secured with wires 2 1 and 2 2 .

The cushion body 1 constructed in this manner has conventionally been manufactured using a mold shown in FIG. 2, for example. In this mold, a lower mold 4 and an upper mold 5 form a molding chamber corresponding to the shape of the cushion body 1, and a wire support 6 is provided in the molding chamber of the lower mold 4. The wire support body 6 is for arranging the wires 2 1 and 2 2 in predetermined buried positions, and as shown in an enlarged view in FIG . Two fixing pins 7, 7 on each side
has been established. Then, the wires 2 1 and 2 2 are placed between the fixing pins 7 and 7 of the support columns 6 1 and 6 2 at both ends, and in this state, the foam raw material is injected into the lower mold 4, and then the upper mold 5
Close and foam mold. Thereafter, the mold is demolded, and at the same time, the wire support 6 is removed to obtain a cushion body in which the wire 2 is embedded. Note that the cushion body obtained in this case differs from that shown in FIG. 1 in that grooves are formed in addition to holes corresponding to the wire support body 6.

However, in this mold type, the wire 2 installed between the pillars 6 1 and 6 2 of the support body 6 jumps up and falls due to vibrations generated during mold closing, etc. There was a problem that the wire 2 could not perform its intended function due to misalignment.

That is, the mold for a cushion body according to the present invention includes a molding chamber corresponding to the shape of the cushion body;
and a wire support having three or more locking protrusions provided in the molding chamber, the locking protrusions being aligned along the wire mounting direction so that the locking protrusions are in line contact with the wire supported by the wire support. , and are arranged in a staggered manner with a width narrower than the width of the wire with respect to the wire mounting position.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. FIG. 4 is an enlarged plan view of the molded wire support part for the cushion body, and FIG. 5 is a front view thereof. This wire support body 11 has an elongated base 12
3 (or more) along its length on top
The pillar parts 13 1 to 13 3 are provided protrudingly, and each pillar part 13 1
- 13 3 are attached with locking protrusions 14 1 - 14 3 .
Each of the locking protrusions 14 1 to 14 3 is formed in a rectangular shape with rounded ends, and is attached along the mounting direction of the wire 15 so as to be in line contact with the wire 15 . In this case, the length l of line contact with the wire 15 is preferably about 3 to 15 mm. Furthermore, each of the locking protrusions 14 1 to 14 3 has a width d 2 ( eighth
(see figure) and are arranged in a staggered manner.

When disposing the wire 15 on the support 11 having this structure, the wire 15 is inserted between the locking protrusions 14 1 to 14 3 . In this state, the wire 15 and the locking protrusion 14
It makes line contact with 1 to 14 3 , and there are many contact points. Moreover, the distance d 2 between the locking protrusions 14 1 to 14 3 or the wire 15
Since the width d is narrower than 1 , the wire 15 is slightly curved,
A pressing force is generated in the direction in which the wire 15 comes into contact with the locking protrusions 14 1 to 14 3 . Therefore, the wire 15 becomes difficult to move due to vibrations, and it is possible to prevent the wire 15 from falling off.

Note that the shapes of the locking protrusions 14 1 to 14 3 are not limited to the above embodiments. For example, it may have a triangular cross section as shown in FIG. 6, or a semicircular cross section as shown in FIG. 7. Basically wire 15
It suffices if it is in line contact with. Also, the locking protrusion 1
4 1 to 14 3 may be formed of magnets to attract and fix the wire 15. Further, movement prevention plates (not shown) may be attached to both ends of the support to prevent movement of the wire 15 in the longitudinal direction.

As explained above, according to the present invention, since the wire makes line contact with the locking protrusion so as to press it, the wire is extremely difficult to fall off even when there is vibration or shock from the mold, and defects due to wire displacement occur. This has the remarkable effect of drastically reducing the number of
