Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は空調システムに使用される積層型熱交換器に関
するものである。
従来の技術 以下図面を参照しながら、従来の積層型熱交換器につい
て説明する。
第６図は従来の積層型熱交換器の分解斜視図で、１，１
ａは端板、２は冷媒の出入口部、３は冷媒流路３ａを有
するプレートで、４は３と異なる冷媒流路４ａを有する
プレート、５は３及び４のプレート間での漏れをシール
するプレートであわ、交互に複数枚積層されている。
発明が解決しようとする課題 しかしながら上記の構或では、各プレートを交互に複数
枚積層する際に、プレートにズレが発生するため、組立
が困難となり生産性が極めて悪くなシ、又ズレにより漏
れが発生し品質上でも不安定となるという課題を有して
いた。
本発明は上記課題に鑑み、生産性を向上させ、かつ品質
の安定した製品となるものである。
課題を解決するための手段 上記課題を解決するために本発明の積層型熱交換器は、
複数枚積層される各プレートに組立時のガイドピンが通
るように、冷媒流路以外の穴を２ヶ以上段けた構或であ
る。
作　　　用 本発明は上記構或によって、交互に複数枚積層する際に
、治具としてのガイドピンに通るような冷媒流路以外の
穴により組立が容易になり、又各プレートにズレが発生
しない位置決めができる。
実施例 以下本発明の実施例の積層型熱交換器について、図面を
参照しながら説明する。
第３図〜第６図は本発明の実施例に釦ける積層型熱交換
器に使用するプレートの平面図を示すもので、１２は冷
媒の出入口部である。冷媒流路１３ａ，１４ａの異なる
プレート１３，１４と冷媒流入穴１６をもつプレート１
６で、各々のプレートに冷媒流路以外の穴２０を設けて
ある。
上記プレー｝１３，１４．１５を、第１図に示すように
組立時にガイドピン３０を使用し冷媒流路以外の穴２ｏ
を案内穴とし交互に複数枚積層し、各プレートがズレる
事なく組立ができ、生産性が向上する。
発明の効果 以上のように本発明は、各プレートに冷媒流路以外の穴
を設けたことによわ、組立時ズレの発生を防ぐ事になり
、容易に組立ができ、生産性が大幅に向上し、旦つズレ
による冷媒の漏れ発生を防ぎ、品質の安定した積層型熱
交換器を提供できる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に冷媒流路を形成したプレートを複数枚積層し、前
    記プレートにガイドピン挿入の為の冷媒流路以外の穴を
    ２ケ所以上段けたことを特徴とする積層型熱交換器。
