り、屋外に設置されている.51はその熱源機50への
給水配管である.52は熱源機50で加熱された湯を屋
内に供給する給湯配管で、53は熱源機50から供給さ
れた湯を貯える即湯タンクである。54は混合栓であり
、即湯タンク53からの給湯配管52と給水配管56が
接続されており、止水栓57と混合湯温を設定する混合
つまみ58が設けられており、混合された湯は蛇口59
から出湯する.また、第6図に示すように、即湯タンク
53は内部に加熱ヒータ60.!:温度検出R%61が
設けられ、自ら沸き上げる構成のものが主流であり、加
熱による水の体積膨張を逃がすために逃がし弁62が安
全装置として設けられている。第7口は、身し台63に
即湯タンク53と混合栓54を取り付けた実配管口であ
る. 以上のように構威された給湯装置について、以下その動
作について説明する。混合栓54の止水栓57を開ける
と、給湯配管52を経由して湯が導かれ、かつ給水配管
56を経由して水が導かれる.そして、混合つまみ58
で湯温を設定し、導かれた湯と水とを混合させて、蛇口
59から出場する。止水栓57を閉めると、出湯が停止
する.内部に加熱ヒータ60を装備した即湯タンク53
は、自ら沸き上げた湯をまず混合栓54へ供給し、給湯
配管52を経由した滞留水と熱源機50で沸き上げられ
た湯が順次導かれる.導かれた湯温が温度検出器6lの
設定値より低いと、加熱ヒータ60が作動して指定温度
まで沸き上げる動作を行う.その時発生する水の体積膨
張は、逃がし弁62から排出される. 〔発明が解決しようとする!!l!!!I〕しかしなが
ら、上記のような構成では次のような問題点を有してい
た。すなわち、混合栓54の止水栓57を閉めると配管
系全体に水道圧力が加わる.また、その圧力は各地点で
千差万別であり規制できないため、逃がし弁62の圧力
設定を水道圧力の上限以上に設定しなければ逃がし弁6
2から水が漏れる現象が発生する.そのため、給湯配管
52の全てに高耐圧性能が要求され重装備となる.また
、止水栓57を開けた瞬間に給湯配管52.55内の内
圧が一挙に開放されるため、熱湯が蛇口59から吹出し
てやけどをすることもあった. したがって、この発明の目的は、給湯配管系における水
道圧力および膨張水圧力に対する保護が不要となり、蛇
口からの熱湯の吹出しも防げる給湯装置を提供すること
