Claims (1)

共に前記基準発信器の出力と前記VCOの出力を前記可
変分周器により分周した分周出力とを前記位相比較器に
より位相比較してこの比較出力により前記VCOを制御
するようにした第1のPLL回路と、別の位相比較器、
VCO及び可変分周器を有すると共に前記第1のPLL
回路の基準発信器の分周出力と前記別のVCOの出力を
前記別の可変分周器により分周した出力とを前記別の位
相比較器により位相比較してこの位相比較出力により前
記別のVCOを制御するようにした第2のPLL回路と
を具備し、前記第1のPLL回路の前記VCOを前記主
搬送波信号発振器として用いると共に前記第2のPLL
回路の別のVCOを前記音声副搬送波信号発信器として
用い、前記FM変調器、AM変調器、第1のPLL回路
及び第2のPLL回路を1チップICで構成したことを
特徴とするRFモジュレータ。
