- 測定対象物に対向して配置されたアーム部と、
アーム部上を測定対象物に沿つて往復移動する移
動台座と、移動台座上を測定対象物に沿つて往復
移動するセンサ部と、センサ部に設けられたリニ
アエンコーダヘツドと、アーム部に設けられたリ
ニアエンコーダとを備えたことを特徴とする位置
検出装置。
