Claims (1)
- 工作機械に用いるボールエンドミルの形状を測
定する装置であつて、前記ボールエンドミルとの
変位を検出する非接触式センサと該非接触式セン
サを前記ボールエンドミルの先端外周に沿つて円
弧状に移動させる駆動機構とを有したことを特徴
とするボールエンドミルの形状測定装置。
