段付きに設けると共に、この可動栓の段付き小径部の周
囲からカラム本体内に嵌挿され、上記大径部の支持上面
と共に上記シール部材を挟持してシール作用を発揮させ
る押下手段を設け、更にこの押下手段は、カラム本体外
に取出し可能であって、かつ可動栓又は上記可動栓固定
手段のいずれかに対し固定できるように設けたことを特
徴とする液体クロマトグラフィー用可動栓型カラム。
