を演算する減算器とを有し、前記その差が一定値
以下になつたときに前記電気発熱体の加熱量を制
御することを特徴とする。

して接続する。したがつて冒頭に述べた従来の方
式(圧力調整弁による方式および温度制御による
方式)の長所を備え、欠点を排除した圧力調理器
とすることができるので発明の目的を達成する効
果を有する。

温度出力を一定時間毎に記憶する記憶手段と、記
憶された温度出力を前段の記憶された温度出力と
比較してその差を演算する減算器とを有し、前記
その差が一定値以下になつたときに前記電気発熱
体の加熱を一定時間Lだけ停止した後に、一定時
間Mだけ加熱し、その後再び前記温度検知器によ
つて検知された温度出力を一定時間毎に取り込ん
で前段の温度出力を比較演算するという一連の動
作を繰り返すことにより所望の圧力に調整されて
いる圧力容器内の蒸気を間欠的に圧力調整弁から
噴出することを特徴とする圧力調理器の制御装
