Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は炊飯開始時刻を予約設定するタイマー
機構を有し、炊飯ヒーターへの通電を制御する様
構成されたマイクロコンピユーターをもつ電気炊
飯器に関するものである。

従来の電気炊飯器は第1図の回路構成に示すよ

飯ヒーター4に供給され、内釜底面に当接するそ
のヒーター4から加熱されて、米温を上昇させて
ゆく事から、多量炊飯時には特に米に充分吸水さ
れなかつたり米の各部の温度上昇にむらが多くな
り、米が糊化してα化する条件がバラツキ、炊き
上りの差が大きく味をわるくしたり外観を悪くし
たりする欠点があつた。

9を続け設定時刻に至つて炊飯を開始する。上記
プログラムによるシーケンスを第5図に示す。そ
の他の構成は従来と同様である。

れふつくらとおいしいご飯が得られるとともに、
吸水時間がタイマー動作中に含まれているため、
予分な時間を必要とせず、しかも予熱により水温
が上昇しているため、実質の炊飯時間が大幅に短
縮されスピードアツプにもつながる。また、炊き
ムラも少なくなるなど実用的で大きな効果をもた
らすものである。
