加工槽、１１はテーブル、１２はボールネジ、１
３は駆動モータ、１４はベツド、１５はＮＣ（数
値制御）装置、１６は加工液タンク、１７は過
ポンプ、１８は過フイルタ、１９は供給ポンプ
、２０は加工液、２１はスラツジである。なお、

Claims (1)
- 加工槽内に定盤により支持された被加工物を、
上下より挾む如く設けた一対のワイヤ電極と共に
加工液中で互いに接近させて電圧を印加し、放電
を生じさせることにより加工する装置において、
前記加工槽の材質として、金属表面に合成樹脂を
コーテイングした部材を用いたことを特徴とする
ワイヤ放電加工装置。
