Claims (1)
- 多孔体を支持材とし、該多孔体の表面にシリコ
ン系薄膜をコーテイングして分離膜を構成し、該
分離膜の一方の側に原料の湿潤ガスを流通し、他
方の側を原料の湿潤ガスより低圧にすることによ
り、湿潤ガス中の水分を選択的に分離することを
特徴とする除湿装置。
