Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 断面に少なくとも底辺部と立上がり部とからなるL
字形部分を有した長尺定形部材を用意する第1工程と、
紙器打ち抜き用の、多数の直線部分を含んだ雌型を基盤
に当てて仮止めする第2工程と、上記の長尺定形部材を
上記の直線部分に合わせて短尺部材に裁断する第3工程
と、該短尺部材を上記雌型の外郭線に沿ってその外側に
配置し、上記L字形の底辺部を基盤に仮止めする第4工
程と、雌型を該基盤から取外す第5工程と、上記底辺部
を基盤に固着する第6工程、とを備え、該基盤面に雌型
外郭線に対応した複数の上記短尺部材が固着されてなる
雄型を製作することを特徴とする紙器打ち抜き型の製作
方法。 2 前記のL字形部分における底辺に平行な突出部を前
記立上がり部の頂点の何れかの側にに備え、かつ該底辺
が立上がり部を越えて延長したユ字形断面の長尺定形部
材を用いる請求項1に記載の紙器打ち抜き型の製作方法
。 3 前記のユ字形断面の長尺定形部材に加え更に、前記
L字形部分における底辺が立上がり部を越えて延長した
