  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 媒体上に画像、文字等を含む像を感熱記録する
    ために熱を発生する発熱抵抗体を備えるサーマル
    ヘツドと、 前記発熱抵抗体を駆動するための駆動回路と、 前記駆動回路を駆動する際に前記サーマルヘツ
    ドの温度を検出して温度補償を行なう温度補償回
    路とを備える感熱式記録装置において、 前記温度補償回路は、温度に対応して充放電出
    力波形が異なる信号を出力する充放電回路と、該
    充放電回路の出力信号と基準信号とを入力して温
    度補償信号を出力する出力回路とを備え、前記基
    準信号を作成する基準信号作成回路は、基準信号
    を調節・制御されたデジタル信号として出力する
    デジタル手段と、前記デジタル手段より出力され
    たデジタル信号をアナログ信号に変更するデジタ
    ル・アナログ変更手段を備えることを特徴とする
    感熱式記録装置。
