熱プレスして接着するのが一般的であるため、プ
レスの際に表面につやが出てしまい、前者の光輝
性のものはよいものの、つや消しのものはつや消
し効果が損われてしまう欠点がある。つや消しの
ヘヤライン調蒸着フイルムには、つや消し効果を
発揮させるため拡散剤を予め含有させて製造して
いるが、このつや消し効果が十分に生かされない
ことになつてしまう。

除去することを特徴とする金属調外観を有する合
成樹脂板の製造方法にある。

を当接する。そしてこの状態のまま加熱プレス装
置に装填して加熱プレスし、3者1,2,3を一
体化する。加熱プレス終了後には上記フイルム状
物4を除去するが、これによつて第2図に示す如
き金属調外観を有する合成樹脂板が得られる。こ
のようにして得られた本発明の合成樹脂板は、ヘ
ヤライン調蒸着フイルム2に拡散剤が含有されて
いると共に、その表面は加熱プレス時につやが発
生していないためつや消し性のあるヘヤライン調
の金属外観を呈する優れたものとなる。
