Abstract

PURPOSE: To allow to make a safe and easy transfusion supply during a transfer of a patient to other location by equipping the transportation means with a coupling member to enable linkage with a patient transfer means in such a structure that a support plate for an instillation means has a supply connection part and that the plate is linked detachably to a fixing stand on one hand and to a transportation means on the other hand. CONSTITUTION: A transportation device 9 has a coupling member 14 promising an assured formation linkage against a pivot-state holding member 16 installed in a patient transfer device 15 for a patient. At its operation, the transportation device 9 is lifted toward the stand with an extended arm 12 that is a cantilever shape needle being adjusted by a height-regulating member 26 and a fork-state part 13 located in the lower position of a support plate 4 and receives the plate 4. After the release of a lock closure member 5, the transportation device 9, together with the support plate 4 is directly linked to the patient transfer device 15 and positioned adjacent to the stand 1 without removal of a drip transfusion device 3 from the base. After the patient transfer device 15 is linked to the transportation device 9, both devices 9 and 15 are moved together with the patient.

In FIG. 2, a transport device 9 is shown. The device 9 has a movable base 10 with lockable wheels, a stand leg 11 whose height can be adjusted, and an extending arm 12 in the form of a cantilever provided at its upper end. , which together constitute a transportable support stand. A fork-shaped portion 13 is provided at the free end of the extending arm 12 . As can be seen from FIGS. 5 and 6, the support plate 4 has a frame-shaped guide 25 on the lower side, and the guide 25 is connected to the fork-shaped portion 13.
The dimensions are slightly smaller than the inside dimensions. This guide 25 functions to guide the support plate 4 so that it does not move laterally when it is placed on the fork-shaped portion 13.

The coupling member 14 has a recess 17 for accommodating a cylindrical pivot-shaped retaining member l6, as shown in FIG. This recess 17 has a U-shape in the horizontal direction, and a cam member or bottle member 18 projects laterally toward the U-shaped recess 17, as shown in FIG. This cam member 18 is inserted into the hole l9, and its axis makes an angle with the axis of symmetry of the U-shaped recess 17, and
It faces the open end of the letter-shaped recess 17. The cam member 18 is biased by a coil spring to the position shown in FIG. 4, and in this state the cam member l8 protrudes into the open end to an extent that prevents the pivot-shaped retaining member 16 from sliding out of the U-shaped recess l7. ing.

12 That is, two hooks 31 are provided on the upward movable portion of the stand leg 11 so as to engage a portion of the patient transfer device 15 from below. When the transport device 9 is, for example, rolled towards the rear and below the patient's bed and pushed up by the height adjusting member, the wheels of the base 10 of the transport device 9 take over the roller movement function of the patient transfer device 15. FIG. 9 shows the transport device 9 and the patient transfer device connected to it. In this state, the wheels of the transport device 9 take over the function of the wheels 33 of the bed 15, which constitute the patient transport device.
