〈産業上の利用分野〉
麺類の自動回転式ゆで釜装置の一部で、ゆでるのに使用
する湯の中に、沸騰時に発生する気泡を利用し、自動的
に噴流を発生せしめ、麺類をよく攬はんさせ、ゆで揚が
りの均質なる麺類を提供する為の、噴流発生器に関する

く従来の技術〉
麺類を自動的に攬はんする装置としては、ポンプを使用
し、湯を噴射させ、渦流を生ぜしめる事により、その周
囲に有る麺類を攬はんする、という程度の強性的攪はん

噴射ポンプによる湯の噴射は、麺類をゆでる際に用いる

回転部分の軸承とシールの材質、又管路内の衛生的な維

ゆで釜1 の底部に置いた噴流発生器2 は周囲に縁ど
りの厚手部分があり、ゆで釜の底部3との間に、隙間4

実施態様は、麺類の自動回転式ゆで釜装置に設置した場

外径1300nm、内径1000mmのステンレス製の
円板6 に同一材で、15曲の高さの外縁7と内縁8
を溶接し、円弧中央部に、仕切り板9及び10 を溶接

として重要な、自動攪はん能力に付いては、従来の噴射
方式の様に、上がら下への押し付ける湯の流れの方向と
異なり、下がら上に、持ち上げる方向に湯が移動する為
、従来よりも充分な攪はんが行われ、麺類のゆであがり
