又は表面から接触させるか、或はこれらを併用して行う
ことができる。 前記フィルムの半折部及びリップの折畳み部に折ぐせを
形成したフィルムはダンサ−ローラー機構等を利用して
フィルムを連続から間歇移送に変換し、このフィルムの
間歇移送手段におけるフィルム移送作用を利用して折畳
まれたリップの開き及びV型カット後のリップの再度の
折畳みを行い、またフィルムの間歇停止工程においてリ
ップの略V型カット及びフィルムのシールカットを行う
。 また本発明は前記目的を達成するための装置として、−
側にリップを形成するように半折したフィルムを連続搬
送するフィルム連続移送装置に、リップの基部に圧接す
る折畳み線加熱形成装置、前記折むみ線を折曲げるリッ
プ折畳み装置及び前記フィルムの半折部及びリップの折
畳み部を加熱する折ぐせ形成装置を順次設けると共に前
記フィルム連続移送装置にフィルムを張架するダンサ−
ローラー機構を連設してフィルムを間歇的に搬送するフ
ィルム間歇移送装置に接続せしめ、該フィルム間歇移送
装置には、前記折畳まれたリップを開くリップ開き装置
、該開いたリップの端縁を検知する検出装置、該検出装
置と連動してフィルムの巾方向に移動しフィルムの間歇
停止時にリップを略■型にカットする切断装置、前記カ
ットされたリップを再びフィルム上に折畳むリップ折重
ね装置、フィルムの間歇停止時に前記リップのV型カッ
ト部におけるフィルムを巾方向に溶着と切断するシール
カット装置を順次設けたものである。 前記折畳み線加熱形成装置は内部にヒーターを封入した

的に製造するものである。 【実施例】 本発明方法及び装置を実施例について説明すると、ロー
