ず嵩高くなって嵩張り、これを束状に集束した場合の保
管、運搬も面倒となるために従来はリップは折畳まない
で袋を製造しているのが現状である。 これらの現状に鑑み、本発明は前記のような弾性のある
プラスチック袋を使用してリップを折畳んでも嵩張らな
い袋を製造するに際して一旦折畳んだリップの両端部を
カットするために折畳んだリップを開く装置を提供する
ことを目的とするものである。

かつ前記リップを折畳んだフィルムを前記一方の起立状
の腕杆のアイドラーローラーの上部で案内しフィルムの
半折重合部を押圧ローラーで押圧し更に他方の略水平状
の腕杆のアイドラーローラーの下方でリップを開いて案
内するように形成したことである。 前記腕杆の交叉角度はアイドラーローラーの間の距離を
フィルムの種類、厚さ、硬軟に応じて調節するものであ
って1例えばフィルムが硬い場合にはアイドラーローラ
ー間の距離を大きく、軟らかい場合には短くするもので

るようにした前後一対の二組の腕杆91・91を一方は
起立状に他方は略水平上に夫々同定し、各腕杆91・9
工の先端に夫々長孔92・92を介してアイドラーロー
ラー93・93を回動自在に支持すると共に二組の腕杆
91・91の基部には押圧ローラー94を巾方向に長溝
95を介して進退調節できるように設け、リップaを折
畳んだフィルムbを起立状の腕杆91のアイドラーロー
ラー93の上部からリップaを開きながら押圧ローラー
94の下部を通してリップaを開いて略水平状の腕杆9
1のアイドラーローラー93の下部に誘導緊張して移送
することにより、リップaを再び水平に開くように形成
されている。 しかして前記腕杆91・91の交叉角度及びアイドラー
ローラー93・93の長孔92・92に対する位置はフ
ィルムの材質、厚さ、リップの巾等によって夫々調節及
びWj、!15I整するものである。 従って間歇移送装置8で間歇移送されるリップaを折畳
んだフィルムbはリップ開き装置9においてその半折フ
ィルムbの重合部は起立状の腕杆91のアイドラーロー
ラー93の上部から押圧ローラー94の下を通って略水
平状の腕杆のアイドラーローラー93の下部に折■され
ながら誘導移送されると同時に折畳まれたリップは起立
状の腕杆91のアイドラーローラー93の上部から直接
略水平状の腕杆91のアイドラーローラー93の下側に
開いて案内移送されて再びリップaを開いた状態で移送
され、その端縁の位置を検出装置IOで検知して切断装
置11の位置をリップaの端縁から所定位置になるよう
に移動調節し、フィルムbの間歇停止時に切断装置11
でリップaを略V型にカットし、次いで再びリップaを
捻曲したガイドバーからなるリップ折重ね装置12で折
畳んで間歇移送し、従来公知のシーリングローラー13
1とシーリングカッター132からなるシールカット装
置13においてその間歇停止時にV型カット部分のフィ
ルム6部分を溶着すると同時にカットして袋状のリップ
aを折畳んだ袋Aを連続的に製造するものである。 しかして前記二組の腕杆91のうち起立状の腕杆の起立
度はフィルムの硬軟や厚さ等によってフィルムに無理が
かからないように調節し、長孔92に対するアイドラー
ローラー93の位!Fa51ffi5で更にこれを微調
整するものであり、また押圧ローラー94はリップaの
巾に応じてその先端が折畳み線Cと一致するように調節
するものである。 [発明の効果] 本発明はリップを折畳んだ袋を製造するフィル11袋製
造機において、リップを折件んだフィルムを、二組の腕
杆の先端に軸支したアイドラーローラーと腕杆の基部に
設けたフィルムの半折重合部を押Ir:、する押圧ロー
ラーにリップを開きなから張架移送することにより、フ
ィルムの半折重合部に折畳んだリップを移送作用を利用
して円滑容易に開くことができると共に、前記腕杆の一

に応じてフィルムに無理を生じないようにリップを開く
ことができ、従ってフィル11を傷つけたり、フィルム
を伸ばしたりすることなくリップを折畳んだフィル11
袋の製造を能率良く行うことができる優れた特徴を有す
る。
