Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ワークを吸着して加工部にワークを搬送し
且その加工部からワークを搬出するワーク搬送用
吸着カツプにおいて、ワークの被吸着面に向かつ
て漸次ラツパ状に広がつた吸着カツプの内周面に
、ワークの搬送方向に直交して複数配設された突
起を一体的に形成してなることを特徴とするワー
ク搬送用吸着カツプ、 (2) 上記吸着カツプは、ワークの被吸着面に向
かつて漸次ラツパ状に広がつた円形な開口端を有
するその内周面に、ワークの搬送方向に直交して
複数縦列された突起を一体的に形成してなること
を特徴とする請求項第１項記載のワーク搬送用吸
着カツプ。 (3) 上記吸着カツプは、ワークの被吸着面に向
かつて漸次ラツパ状に広がつた矩形な開口端を有
するその内周面に、ワークの搬送方向に直交して
複数縦列された突起を一体的に形成してなること
を特徴とする請求項第１項に記載のワーク搬送用
吸着カツプ。 (4) 上記突起はその先端が尖つてなることを特
