[Background Art] To prevent pressure sores, it is effective to avoid local pressure, change the body position frequently, and keep the surface of the body that comes into contact with bedding dry, but it is not recommended for nurses to do this. The burden on nurses is heavy. For this reason, mats for preventing bedsores have been proposed, such as the one shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-27661. The device disclosed in this publication has a large number of tubular air sacs that can be expanded and contracted arranged in parallel, and elastic striations are arranged between the air sacs. When the air sacs are inflated, the air sacs support the body. When the air sac is deflated, the striations support the body, and the point of support for the body changes as the air sac expands and contracts. Also, a minute exhaust hole is provided on the top of the air sac to support this body. Air is blown out from the exhaust hole. This expansion and contraction of the air sacs, combined with the elasticity of the air sacs due to the air, is effective in avoiding local pressure on the body and changing the body position, and the jetting of air is effective in keeping the body in a dry state. However, it has the following problems. In other words, since air is ejected from the air sacs, this is only possible when the air sacs are inflated. Moreover, during this expansion, the body is supported by the air sacs, so the body prevents the air from ejecting from the air sacs. The problem is that the effect of air jetting cannot be obtained sufficiently.

[Purpose of the invention] The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and its purpose is to solve the problems in the conventional example described above, and in addition to preventing bedsores due to expansion and contraction of air sacs, to prevent eruptions. To provide a mat for preventing bedsores which can also sufficiently prevent bedsores caused by air.

[Disclosure of the invention] The present invention consists of a plurality of tubular first air sacs arranged substantially parallel to each other at intervals, and a plurality of tubular second air sacs arranged between each of the first air sacs, which are arranged alternately. Of the first air sacs and the second air sacs, each of the first air sacs is connected to each other at one end side by a connecting air sac part to form a comb-like shape, and each of the second air sacs is connected to each other at the other end side by another connecting air sac part. Each of the first air sacs has a comb-teeth shape and is formed to be able to expand and contract, and is connected to an intermittent air supply means. Second
The air sac is characterized in that it is connected to a continuous air supply means, so that when the first air sac is inflated and the body is supported by the first air sac, the ejection of air from the exhaust hole is blocked by the body. This was done so that it would not happen. Even if the first air sac and the second air sac are arranged alternately in the longitudinal direction of the pine,
They may be arranged alternately in the left and right direction of the mat. Further, the continuous air supply means may be an air pump or compressor, and the intermittent air supply means may be composed of an air pump or compressor and a valve such as a three-way valve.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on illustrated embodiments. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a first air bladder, and one end of each of the plurality of first air bladders 1 arranged in parallel at intervals is connected by a connecting air bladder portion 3. The other ends of the second air bladders 2 disposed between the first air bladders 1 are also connected by a connecting air bladder portion 4. Each first air bladder 1 is made of a material that can be expanded and contracted, and is connected through a connection port 6 to intermittent air supply means consisting of a pump and a control valve. Each second air sac 2 has a smaller cross-sectional area than the first air sac 1 when inflated, and has a large number of minute exhaust holes 5 formed on its upper surface, and a continuous air flow from a pump through a connection port 7. connected to the supply means.

However, in the case of a lever, if air is supplied to the first air sac 1 and the first air sac 1 is inflated, each first air sac 1 protrudes above the second air sac 2 as shown in FIG. The air sac 1 supports the body, and when air is removed from the first air sac 1 and it is deflated, the second air sac 2 becomes in a state of supporting the body. When the first air sac 1 is inflated, the second air sac 2
The ejection of air from the exhaust hole 5 is not hindered by contact with the body, and the movement of the support point of the body due to expansion and contraction of the first air sac 1 and the flow of air within the first air sac 1 This deformation movement prevents bedsores and at the same time provides a so-called pine surge effect.Furthermore, the air blown out from the second air sac 2 and hitting the body keeps the body dry, which also prevents bedsores. It is what is done.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, in the present invention, the body support points of the first air sac and the second air sac are moved by the expansion and contraction of the first air sac, and the first air sac is moved by the air flow within the first air sac.
The deformation movement of the air sac removes local pressure and changes the body position, effectively preventing bed sores. In addition, it is connected to a continuous air supply means and has a small exhaust hole on the top surface. The second air sac has a smaller diameter than the first air sac, so when the first air sac expands, the minute exhaust hole of the second air sac will not be blocked by the body. The body is effectively dried by the air ejected from the second air sac, and bedsores are effectively prevented in this respect as well. Moreover, one end of each first air sac is connected to the connecting air sac part. At the same time, since the other end of each second air bladder is connected by another connecting air bladder part, it is easy to connect to each air supply means even though there are a plurality of first air bladders and a plurality of second air bladders. It is something.
