立架の据え付け作業の手順を示す側面図、第７図
ａ〜ｃは、従来の自立架の据え付けの手順を示す
説明図である。 １０…台座ビーム、１１…ガイドビーム、１２
…乗り上げ部材、１３…自立架、１４…固定ボル
ト、１５…傾斜面、１６…水平領域、１７…舌片

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キヤスタ２０によつて床上を据え付け場所まで
    移動可能な自立架１３の据え付け構造であつて、
    自立架１３が据え付けられるべき場所の床上に、
    架の奥行方向に平行に固定された左右一対の台座
    ビーム１０と、該台座ビーム１０に対応して前記
    自立架１３の底面に固定された左右一対のガイド
    ビーム１１とを具え；前記台座ビーム１０は二つ
    の水平ウエブ１０ａ，１０ｂとこれを連結する一
    つの垂直ウエブ１０ｃとからなるコの字型断面を
    有し、一方の水平ウエブ１０ａは奥行方向に対し
    てその後端に垂直舌片１７を有すると共にその下
    面全体で床上に接触した状態で固定され、他方の
    水平ウエブ１０ｂによつて構成される台座ビーム
    １０の上面は、奥行方向に向かつて上向きの緩い
    傾斜面１５を介して前方の水平領域１６に接続し
    、これに応じて該水平ウエブ１０ｂの厚さも奥行
    方向に向かつて次第に増大するように構成され；
    前記ガイドビーム１１は、一つの垂直ウエブ１１
    ｂと一つの水平ウエブ１１ａとからなるＬ字型断
    面をなし、自立架１３の底面と該水平ウエブ１１
    ａとの間に前記台座ビーム１０の最も厚くなつて
    いる前方水平領域１６を嵌合可能に受け入れるこ
    とのできる空間ｐがその長手方向の全長にわたつ
    て形成され；更に自立架１３の底面には、該架の
    進行方向に関して後方に、前記ガイドビーム１１
    の前記空間Ｐ内に入り込む水平方向のテーパー状
    くさび部１２ａとその後端から垂下した舌片１２
    ｂを有する左右一対の乗り上げ部材１２が固定さ
    れ、前記台座ビーム１０の正面までキヤスタ２０
    によつて移動してきた自立架１３は、前記ガイド
    ビーム１１を該台座ビーム１０に一致させた状態
    でそのまま前方に押されて進行し、前記乗り上げ
    部材１２が台座ビーム１０の上面の傾斜面１５に
    接触した時点から次第に押し上げられてキヤスタ
    ２０が床面を離れ、自立架１３が奥まで押し込ま
    れた時点で台座ビーム１０の上面を構成する水平
    ウエブ１０ｂの最も厚い前方の水平領域１６がガ
    イドビーム１１の前記空間内ｐに嵌合すると共に
    、最も薄い後方領域が前記乗り上げ部材１２とガ
    イドビーム１１の水平ウエブ１１ａとの間に形成
    された空間内に嵌合して自立架１３と台座ビーム
    １０との相対位置が規定され、これと同時に互い
    に接触し合つた押し上げ部材１２の舌片１２ａと
    台座ビーム１０の舌片１７同士を所定の位置に押
    し込まれた自立架１３の後側からボルト２１によ
    つて固定することを特徴とする架の据え付け構造
    。
