Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve designing suitabilty by a method wherein escape parts to bring the mounting parts of covering sheets into a state to make non-contact with each other are formed to the butting end surfaces of rodform frame materials, and the butting parts are welded together as they are pressed in a butting direction. CONSTITUTION:Rodform frame materials with which a main frame 15 and a press frame 16 are respectively formed are molded by extrusion-molding to mount covering sheets 24A and 24B to surface sheets 18A, 18B, and 18C. The end surface of the redform frame material is cut at an angle of approximate 45 deg. to form an escape part 29. The end surfaces of protrusion parts 30 and reinforcing parts 19 are respectively butted against each other, and after a heating plate H is located therebetween to weld the end surfaces, the plate H is removed. A specified pressure force is applied in an butting direction, and by squeezing resin of the molten protrusion parts 30, the end surfaces of the escape part 29 are butted against each other, and squeezed resin is protruded toward the rear side of the surface plate 18A. This method finishes the covering sheets 24A and 24B in a state to be positioned flush with each other.

``Conventional technology'' Window frames made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride are
It is popular in various buildings because it is cheaper than metal window frames, has excellent insulation properties and is resistant to condensation, but it is often limited to indoor use due to poor weather resistance and heat resistance, and it also has poor design. It is also easy to be inferior in terms of.

Therefore, a covering sheet made of acrylic resin with excellent weather resistance and heat resistance, or a decorative covering sheet with wood grain printing etc. is attached to the surface of the window frame to protect it from sunlight and heat. The idea is to improve the design. In this case, the four sides of the window frame are generally made of rod-shaped frame materials manufactured by extrusion molding, a covering sheet is pasted to the rod-shaped frame materials, and the rod-shaped frame materials are joined together to form the window frame. Composition as a frame is performed.

"Means for Solving the Problem" The manufacturing method according to claim 2, wherein the synthetic resin window frame according to claim 1 is characterized in that at least a portion of the window frame to which the covering sheet is attached is a non-fused portion. A relief part is formed on the butted end surfaces of the rod-shaped frame materials so that the parts to which the covering sheets are attached are in a non-contact state when they are butted, and the abutted parts that avoid the relief part are pressed in the abutting direction. The feature is that the end surfaces of the relief portions are brought into butt state by being fused together.

"Function" In the synthetic resin window frame according to claim 1, since the part to which the covering sheet is applied is a non-fused part, melting of the synthetic resin does not occur in the vicinity of the part to which the covering sheet is applied. There is no such thing as an exciting phenomenon.

First, each rod-shaped frame material constituting the main frame 15 and the presser frame 16 is formed by extrusion molding, and these top plates 18A and 1 are formed by extrusion molding.
Cover sheets 24A and 24B are pasted on 8B and 18C. Then, by cutting the ends of these rod-shaped frame members at an angle of 45 degrees and cutting the outer surface portions leaving the back surfaces of the cut end surfaces of the top plates 18A and 18B-18C, the outer surface portions are cut as shown in FIG. As shown in (a), a relief part 29 is formed by recessing it from other parts (in this Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 described later, only the top plate of the rod-shaped frame material is shown).
. In other words, a protrusion 30 similar to the root of a welding groove is formed on the back surface of the top plates 18A-18B and 18G. In addition, when the end face of the reinforcing part 19 is exposed on this cut end face, the end face of the reinforcing part 19 is

Next, the end surfaces of the protruding portion 30 and the reinforcing portion 19 on the cut end surfaces of each rod-shaped frame material are butted against each other and joined by heat fusion. As this heat fusion method, for example, a heating plate H is interposed between both the protruding parts 30 and the reinforcing part 19 as shown by the chain line in FIG. There is a way to remove plate H and butt the two together. At this time, a certain pressing force is applied in the abutting direction to crush the melted resin of the protruding part 30, thereby releasing the relief part 2.
The end surfaces of No. 9 are brought into butt state. In this case, the crushed resin also comes into contact between the end surfaces of the relief part 29, so that the top plates 18A-18B and 18C on the opposite side of the relief part 29 are brought into contact with each other, as shown in FIG. 1(b). It rises on the back side.

Therefore, no bulges of molten resin are generated on the outer surfaces of the top plates 18A, 18B, and 18C, and the covering sheets 24A and 24B are flush with the surfaces of the top plates 18A, 18B, and 18C, and the design It is something that can enhance your sexuality. In addition, each top plate 18A/18B-18c

Since only the outer surfaces of A, 18B, and 18C are the non-fused portions 25, the necessary strength can be maintained by the blue melting portions 26 on the back surfaces of the top plates 18A, 18B, and 18C and the reinforcing portions 19. Can be done.

On the other hand, in one embodiment, the relief part 29 and the protrusion part 30 are formed in a part of the wall thickness of the top plates 18A, 18B, and 18C, but in cases where waterproofness is not required, waterproofness can be ensured by other means. In cases where this is possible, as shown in FIG. Alternatively, only the reinforcing portion 19 may be fused. In this case, if waterproofness is required, adhesive is applied to the end surfaces of the relief portions 29 of the top plates 18A, 18B, and 18C in advance, and the top plates 18A to 18B and 18C are bonded together by fusion of the reinforcing portions 19. It is also possible to do so. By adopting the structure shown in FIG. 3, there is no problem even if the relief part 29 reaches a part of the reinforcing part 19, so that cutting thereof becomes easy.
