- 研磨槽に研磨剤と共に収容したワークを研磨剤
と相対運動させて研磨する装置において、上記研
磨槽の底部に、通気孔を有する仕切板を介して圧
縮エアを導入する風箱を設けたことを特徴とする
研磨装置。
