Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 作業テーブル板と前記作業テーブル板の上
方に設けられたエアフイルタを具備する気流垂直
形クリーンベンチにおいて、前記作業テーブル板
に、両主表面に貫通した複数の貫通穴を設け、空
気の流路が前記複数の貫通穴を通して前記エアフ
イルタの吹き出し口から床面に向かつて形成され
ていることを特徴とする気流垂直形クリーンベン
チ。 (2) 複数の貫通穴が、前記作業テーブル板の一
部区域又は全区域に設けられたことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の気流垂直
形クリーンベンチ。 (3) 前記作業テーブル板が固定式又は移動式の
ものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は
第(2)項記載の気流垂直形クリーンベンチ。
