Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture and improve a heat transfer efficiency by forming a heating medium conduit into a flat configuration, accommodating the conduit in the groove of a flooring material via a plurality of leaf springs and adhesively fixing the conduit in a compressed condition. CONSTITUTION:A heating medium conduit 1 is formed from a copper pipe and the side of the conduit 1 which is positioned on a surface plate 4 side is formed into a flat surface portion 5. That is, the heating medium conduit 1 has a flat section. A flooring material 3 is a square flat plate with a prescribed size. A meandering groove 2 is formed on a surface side while following the piping configuration of the heating medium conduit 1. The groove 2 of the flooring material 3 is formed to have a rectangular section with a width and a depth both a little larger than the outer diameter of the heating medium conduit 1. A plurality of leaf springs 7 each of which is made of an angle SUS steel sheet having holding portions at both ends are mounted on the bottom of the groove 2 along it. The heating medium conduit 1 accommodated in the groove 2 of the flooring material 3 via the leaf springs 7 as the flat surface portion 5 is turned upward is in a condition wherein the flat surface portion 5 is a little raised from the surface of the flooring material 3 by the resilience of the leaf springs 7. The surface plate 4 forming a heat transfer surface is adhesively fixed to the surface of the flooring material 3 by an adhesive 8, covering the surface of the flooring material 3.

The spring 2 of the floor material 3 is formed into a rectangular cross section whose width and depth are slightly larger than the outer diameter of the heat medium conduit 1, and at the bottom thereof there is a chevron-shaped S having a holding spool 6 at both ends as shown in FIG. (JS 1
A plurality of leaf springs 7 made of 54 thin plates are attached in a number of 2>2. The heat medium conduit 1 is housed in the corner 2 of the floor N3 via the leaf springs 7 with the flat part 5 facing upward, with the flat part 5 slightly raised above the surface of the floor material 3 due to the elasticity of each leaf spring 7. It has become. A surface plate 4 constituting a heat transfer surface is adhesively fixed to the surface of the floor material 3 with an adhesive 8, and covers the surface of the floor material 3. When the surfaces W and 4 are adhered to the flooring 3, each leaf spring 7 is compressed against elasticity, and the flat portion 5 of the heat medium conduit 1 is pressed against the back surface of the surface board 4 and brought into close contact with it.
