Abstract

The electric heat pump has many heat exchange elements each with a base one side of which touches a thermocoupler. The bases other side interacts with the heat exchange surfaces in contact with a hot or cold fluid. The heat exchange surfaces have a central zone connected with the heat exchange element base. This central zone (5) has a number of arms (6) extending at a right angle to its surface, which is a plane at right angles to the base (2). The central region has a rectangular plate one side edge of which forms or carries the base (2).
