Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the effect of water resistance and moisture proof by molding an edge member formed by lamination with a hot press and connecting the member to an outer periphery of a diaphragm main body so as to interrupt the effect of air permeability with a surface film without use of an adhesives. CONSTITUTION:An edge member 2 is formed by applying thermal laminate to the surface of one side of a urethane foam 3 and integrating an urethane film 4 made of a urethane film whose thickness is 50mu closely. The edge member 2 is stuck to a diaphragm main body 1 to obtain a speaker diaphragm and since the resin coating film layer of the same type of material as the urethane foam is integrated, the distortion at a large amplitude is less.

発明の効果 以上のように本発明のスピーカ用振動板は構成されるた
め、耐候性に優れまた通気性がほとんど無いため防水効
果もあり、さらにエツジ表面の樹脂層により光沢や色彩
の自由度が広がり、外観品位も高くなる。一方では接着
剤を使わずにウレタンフオームと同材質の樹脂被膜層を
一体化させているため、大振幅時の歪みも少なく工業的
価値の大なるものである。
