FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board, in which 1 is mainly made of a thin metal plate, and has a rectangular decorative surface 2 and side walls 3, 4 with a concave cross section. Reference numeral 5 denotes a male connecting portion, which consists of an insertion edge 6 that projects outward from the lower end edge of the side wall 3, and a tongue piece 7 whose tip is bent outward. Reference numeral 8 denotes a female-type connecting portion, which bends the lower end edge of the side wall 4 inward in a U-shape to form an engagement groove 9, and includes an extension portion 11 that extends the lower edge 10 further outward; It is formed from a protrusion 12 provided parallel to the side wall 4, and a tongue piece 13 which is bent upward at the tip of the extension part 11. Note that the tongue pieces 7, 13 and the protrusion 12 are provided as necessary, and although not shown, they can also be made to protrude in the opposite direction to the drawing. Reference numeral 14 is a heat insulating material which is filled into the concave portion of the main body 1 and functions as a core material, and is made of, for example, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, vinyl chloride foam, polyurethane foam, etc., and is mainly made of liquid raw materials. The foam is manufactured from Reference numeral 15 denotes a sheet-like material that covers the exposed surface of the heat insulating material 14 in the longitudinal direction, such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, gypsum paper, synthetic resin film, metal foil, etc.
Sheets made by laminating one or more nonwoven fabrics, or the outer surface of these sheets containing antifungal agents, such as metal soaps, phenylacetic acid, mercury, phenolic compounds, aniline derivatives, and benzimitadol derivatives. , a sulfur compound, a sheet-like material coated with sanisil anilide, etc. Reference numeral 16 denotes a foamable fireproof coating film, which is obtained by applying a foamable fireproofing paint to the side walls 3 and 4, and drying and curing it. This paint uses epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, polyvinyl acetate emulsion, silicone resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber as a vehicle.
Phenol resin, vinyl chloride-vinylidene chloride copolymer resin, alkyd polyester resin,
Made of aminoalkyd resin, etc. In addition, as blowing agents, phosphoric acid, ammonium, boric acid, ammonium polyphosphate, phosphoryl trianilide, sulfonamide, azo compound, benzenesulfonhydrand, N-nitroso compound, acid azide, guanyl compound, zeolite, polyhydric alcohol , phosphoric acid esters of sugars, amino resins, phosphorus pentoxide, etc. Further, carbonizable materials include dipentaerythritol and pentaerythritol. Examples of diluents include ethyl acetate, triol, xylol, acetate, cellosolve, and water.

A siding board as shown in FIG. 1 was produced by molding the board to a size of 3030 mm, discharging the polyisocyanurate foam raw material into the concave part, and laminating a sheet material 15 made of aluminum and asbestos paper thereon. The foamable fireproof coating film 16 was applied to a thickness of 50 microns (dry). Its composition is ammonium polyphosphate (30

At least one of water glass, sodium metasilicate, etc. can be added to improve fire resistance and provide a rigid core material. Of course, an embossed plate can also be used as the thin metal plate.

に遅延できる効果がある。 As described above, according to the siding board of the present invention, when the wall is formed, the paint film on the side wall foams when the gaps in the joints, which are the weakest points in terms of fire protection, are exposed to high heat. It is characterized by a structure that can be closed and prevent flames and hot air from entering.
= Fire retardant properties can be achieved by simply applying a foamable fire retardant coating to the side walls of the siding board, so it is inexpensive and has the feature that fire retardant properties can be added during or after manufacturing the siding board. 〓Foamable fireproofing coatings have the advantage of helping to prevent rust on thin metal sheets. By forming the foaming fireproofing coating on the surface side of the joint, which is the weakest point in terms of fire prevention, it closes the joint between the siding boards at the first step in the event of a flame, and it foams up to the surface of the main body. This has the effect of significantly delaying the time it takes for the flame to reach the fuselage.

るサイデイングボード。 A male connecting portion consisting of a main body having a concave cross section, consisting of a rectangular decorative surface and side walls formed by bending both side edges of the decorative surface, and a sintered edge that protrudes by bending the lower edge of one side wall of the main body outward. and a female-type connecting portion consisting of an engagement groove formed by bending the lower edge of the other side wall inward and outward again, and an extension portion extending the lower edge of the engagement groove outward. In the siding board, the siding board is composed of a surface material having a surface material, a heat insulating material filled in at least the concave portion of the main body, and a sheet-like material covering the exposed longitudinal surface of the heat insulating material, the main body forming the surface side of the joint part. A siding board characterized by having a foam fireproof coating formed on both sides of the board.
