根元の浚渫が不充分となるものであつた。

動自在に取り付けしたラダーの先端に突出したカ
ツター取付軸を覆う筒状のカバー部と、前記ラダ
ー先端面に開口した土砂吸引口の両側部前方に延
長される配置に前記カバー部下に一体に取り付け
し、前記ラダーが水底に斜めに降ろされた際に下
縁が水底面と平行に近い向きとなるように先細り
のテーパー状に形成され、且つ下縁部に爪が突設
した遮蔽板とからなるサクシヨンヘツドを備え、
該サクシヨンヘツド上にはその前方下に向けて高
圧水供給管に連通させた高水圧ジエツトノズルを
備えるとともに、該サクシヨンヘツドの上端に前
方へ延びる障害物センサーを備え、該障害物セン
サーは一対の支持ばねをもつて前後、左右、上下
に回動自在に支持されたリミツトスイツチとスイ
ツチ動作子とが取り付けられた構成にしたもので
ある。

クシヨンヘツドの前方下が掘削されるため、岸壁
や水上構築物の根元外壁面に到るまできれいに浚
渫される。しかも、遮蔽板の存在により、前方側
で掘削された土砂が拡散されることなく、土砂吸
引口から吸引される。

うに先細りのテーパー状に形成され、且つ下縁部
に爪を突設したので、掘削土砂を周囲に拡散させ
ることなく効果的に吸引させることとなり、岸壁
等の壁面に直接接触させることなく、その根元部
分の浚渫が良好になしえられることとなつたもの
であり、しかも、障害物センサーを備えたことに
より、水中におけるサクシヨンヘツドの岸壁等へ
の接近が衝突以前にオペレーターに知らせられ、
衝突が未然に防止され、岸壁や水上構築物の外面
を損傷することなく、その根元部分の浚渫作業が
なし得られることとなつたものである。
