【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は浚渫船のラダー先端に取り付けて浚渫
に用いるバケツトホイール式掘削装置に関するも

られる浚渫船は、第3図に示す如く船尾部に昇降

体9を固定した状態で、船首部に起伏自在に取り
付けたラダー11の先端の掘削装置1にて水底の
掘削を行うようにし、ポンプ浚渫船にあつては、
掘削した土砂を吸込管6を通して船体9上のポン
プで吸引し、排送管を経て排送させるようにして
ある。

装置により回転軸3を回転させることによつてホ
イール2aのデイスク部2c、リム部2d、バケ
ツト2bが一体となつて回転できるようにしてあ
る。又、ラダー11側に支持される吸込管6の先
端がバケツトホイール2の土砂取込室4の吸込口
5に接続され、上記吸込口5が形成されている覆
板2eは回転するデイスク部2cと摺動できるよ
うにしてあり、バケツト2bにより掘削した土砂
を土砂取込室4に取り込むことにより吸込管6内
に吸い込ませるようにしてある。7は土砂の取入

させて掘削を行うようにした構成において、バケ
ツトホイール2で掘削する姿勢のときに該バケツ
トホイール2の上半分を覆うカバー12を設け
る。カバー12は、第2図に一例を示すように内
部を空洞にした半円状にしてあり、左右の各プレ
ートには、中央部にバケツトホイール2の回転軸
3(第4図参照)を挿通させる孔13を有し、且
つ上記左右の各フレームの前端部に、所要長さの
複数本のカツター4を掘削時に異物を押しのけ得
るよう所要間隔で下向きに取り付けた構成とす

け止められて周囲に飛散することがなくなる。こ
れにより周囲を汚濁させることがなくなる。又、
カバー12で受け止められた一部の土砂は、ポン
プによる吸引によつて吸い上げられるので、カバ
ー12がない場合に比して含泥率を向上させるこ

端部の内面に、第2図に二点鎖線で示す如きスラ
イド式のカバー15を、回転軸3(第4図参照)
まわりを回動できるように取り付け、該スライド
式カバー15をラダー11に対してシリンダ装置
16を介して支持させておくようにしてもよい。
この実施例によれば、掘削開始前はスライド式カ
バー15をカバー12内に格納しておき、掘削が
始まつた後、シリンダ装置によつてカバー12内
から下方へ引き出すことにより、邪魔になること
なくバケツトホイール2の後側を覆うことができ
