ルタにおいて、各共振子ユニツトは角柱形で、当
該共振子ユニツトの誘電体よりも誘電率の低い材
料によつて接着されて一体化され、該貫通孔内に
内導体膜を具え、該貫通孔が露出しない表面に外
導体を具えるとともに、該貫通孔の露出する表面
の一方に内導体と外導体を短絡する導体膜を具え
たことを特徴とする誘電体フイルタ。 (2) 貫通孔を具えた複数の共振子ユニツトが容
量結合と誘導結合によつて結合される誘電体フイ
ルタにおいて、各共振子ユニツトは角柱形で、当
該共振子ユニツトの誘電体よりも誘電率の低い材
