量結合と誘導結合によつて結合される誘電体フイ
ルタにおいて、各共振子ユニツトは角柱形で、対
向する側面の一部は面積の異なる誘電体が露出し
て対向するとともにそれ以外には導体膜が形成さ
れ、該導体膜を介して接着されて一体化され、該
貫通孔内に内導体膜を具え、該貫通孔を露出しな
い表面に外導体を具えるとともに、該貫通孔の露
出する表面の一方に内導体と外導体を短絡する導
体膜を具えたことを特徴とする誘電体フイルタ。 (2) 貫通孔を具えた複数の共振子ユニツトが容
量結合と誘導結合によつて結合される誘電体フイ
ルタにおいて、各共振子ユニツトは角柱形で、対
向する側面の一部は面積の異なる誘電体が露出し
て対向するとともにそれ以外には導体膜が形成さ
れ、該導体膜を介して接着されて一体化され、該
貫通孔内に内導体膜を具え、該貫通孔を露出しな
い表面に外導体を具えるとともに、該貫通孔の露
出する表面の一方に内導体と外導体を短絡する導
体膜を具え、両端の共振子ユニツトの内導体と入
出力端子とが容量的に結合されたことを特徴とす
る誘電体フイルタ。 (3) 露出する誘電体が開放端面側に位置する請
求項第1項または第2項記載の誘電体フイルタ。 (4) 露出する誘電体が短絡端面側に位置する請
