Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase bending flexibility and avoid cracking by laminating a plurality of wooden boards with their fiber directions being differed to each other, juxtaposing a channel 4 leading to the wooden board of the top layer on the back surface side, and conforming the longitudinal direction of the channel with the fiber direction of the wooden board. CONSTITUTION:Onto the surface of a woody plywood 3 in which a plurality of wooden boards 2 are laminated with their fiber directions being differed to each other, a woody dressed single board 1 is stuck. A number of channels 4 are juxtaposed in the same direction on the back surface of the woody plywood 3, and the depth dimensions of the channels 4 are reached to the vicinity of the wooden board 2a of the top layer of the woody plywood 3. The longitudinal direction of the channels 4 is conformed with the fiber direction of the wooden board 2 on which the deepest end parts 4a of the channels are situated, and a soft material layer 5 is formed on the whole back surface of the woody plywood 3. Hence, cracking on the surface side of the woody plywood 3 is prevented, high bending flexibility is provided, and floor board laying is facilitated.

[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a wooden flooring material that is laid directly on a subfloor surface finished with mortar, concrete, etc. Specifically, the present invention relates to a wooden flooring material that is laid directly on a subfloor surface finished with mortar, concrete, etc. It is greatly reduced in width, has flexibility, and improves workability.
However, even though this is done, it is related to a technique that attempts to avoid the occurrence of cracks or cracks in the surface layer of the decorative wood veneer. [Joubei's technology] Joubei is known for wooden flooring materials that are laid on a subfloor finished with mortar, concrete, etc. 6 For example, as shown in Figure $18, a plurality of rrfts 4 are placed on the back side of a wooden plywood board 3. A wooden flooring material P is known, which is made by arranging the same materials side by side and pasting Cushian material 5a on the back side thereof. The wooden flooring material P is
It is installed by being fixed to the subfloor by gluing or nailing, and the groove 4 and the Kushitan material 5& provide a soundproofing effect. however,
Although grooves 4 are provided in the wooden floor material P, the wooden board 3 does not have bending flexibility. In order to obtain sufficient bending flexibility, the number of grooves 4 arranged in parallel must be increased or Groove 4
When the depth dimension of the groove 4 is formed to be deep, cracks are likely to occur on the surface of the decorative wood veneer 1 corresponding to the grooves 4, which poses problems in terms of strength and surface design. Therefore, these wooden flooring materials are installed on the subfloor without sufficient bending flexibility, and because they do not blend well with the subfloor, they are often glued or nailed onto the subfloor. It was installed by fixing it in place and forcing it to blend into the subfloor. In this case, the construction involves work such as gluing or nailing, which makes the installation laborious and makes it extremely difficult to replace the wooden flooring material P.

The present invention was invented in order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology. To provide a wooden flooring material that is resistant to cracks on the surface side, has no problems in terms of strength or surface design, and can be installed on the subfloor surface without any work such as gluing or nailing. be. [Means for Solving the Problems J] In the wooden flooring material of the present invention, a decorative wooden veneer 1 is laminated on a wooden plywood 3 made by laminating a plurality of wooden boards 2 with different fiber directions, and the back side of the wooden plywood 3 is On the side, a large number of grooves 4 are arranged in parallel, reaching at most the top layer of the wooden board 2a of the wooden board 3. Wa is to match the Ii & fiber directions of the wooden board 2. Further, the groove 4 is characterized in that it is formed except for the top layer of the wooden board 2a. Furthermore, a soft material layer 5 is laminated on the entire back surface of the wooden plywood 3. Further, the groove 4 is characterized in that the length direction of the groove 4 is oriented in the short direction of the wooden board 3 which is made into a square shape. Another feature is that the fiber direction of the wood decorative veneer 1 and the fiber direction of the top layer Kisaka 2a are made to match. [Function] In addition, the decorative wood veneer 1 is laminated on the wood plywood 3 made up of a plurality of I-layers of wood boards 2 with different fiber directions. By having a large number of grooves 4 arranged in parallel to reach the vicinity of the topmost wooden board 2a, the wooden board 3 has sufficient bending flexibility and adapts well to the subfloor. By matching the fiber direction of the wooden board 2 of the wooden plywood 3 where the deep end 4a of the groove 4 is located, the depth 1i I1s 4 a of @4
As a result, sufficient bending flexibility can be obtained for the wooden flooring P without any hindrance, and it can be directly applied to the subfloor surface. It can now be easily installed without any work such as gluing or nailing. Also, since the Ml 4 is formed excluding the top layer of the wooden board 2a, the groove 4 is not formed in the upper layer of the wooden slope 2 to which the deep end 4a of the groove 4 reaches, and the fiber direction of the top layer of the wood board is different. 2a is located, the uppermost wooden board 2a strongly resists the stress in the bending direction of the wooden board 2 reaching the deep end g4m of $4 based on its fiber direction, suppressing the cracks caused by the formation of the grooves 4. Therefore, it is difficult for cracks to occur on the surface side of the wooden plywood 3, and there is no problem with the surface design of the decorative wood veneer 1, as there is no problem with the surface design. This is to prevent cracks from spreading to other areas. In addition, by laminating the soft material layer 5 on the entire back surface of the wooden plywood 3, combined with the flexibility due to the formation of WIt4, it is possible to improve the adhesion to the flooring base, and the soft material M5 can be used for example with mortar or Kokucrete. This product has been designed to improve the adhesion to the subfloor, such as the one above, to improve the anti-slip property to the subfloor, and to make it possible to install it without using nails or the like. In addition, since the grooves 4 are oriented in the short direction of the long wood plywood 3, the wood plywood 3
The bending flexibility of one eyebrow in the length direction is increased. In addition, by matching the fiber direction of the decorative wood veneer 1 and the fiber direction of the top layer wood board 2a, the compatibility between the wood decorative veneer 1 and the top layer wood board 2a is increased, and the grooves 4 are shaped. In the uppermost layer of wooden board 2a which is not covered, propagation of cracks, etc. to the decorative wood veneer 1 is more sufficiently suppressed. E Example J Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below based on the drawings. The wooden flooring material P shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is an embodiment of the present invention, in which a decorative wooden veneer 1 is placed on the surface of a wooden composite @ 3 in which a plurality of wooden boards 2 are laminated with different fiber directions. A large number of grooves 4 are arranged in parallel in the same direction on the back side of the wooden board 3 of the wooden substrate 6, and the depth dimension of the grooves 4 is set to at most the top layer of the wooden board 3 of the wooden board 3. 2a, the length direction of the groove 4 is made to match the fiber direction of the wooden board 2 where the deep end 4a of the groove 4 is located, and the soft material M5 is applied to the entire back surface of the wooden plywood 3.
It is a form of The overall shape of the wooden flooring material P is a rectangular shape, and the dimension in the direction of the direction of the direction is approximately 900m, and the dimension in the width direction is approximately 150m. 9 is shaped. Wooden plywood 3
A 5-brie wood board is used, and the scraps are stacked so that the fiber directions of each layer alternately intersect with each other, and the overall thickness is about 9 mm, and the fiber direction of the top layer wood board 2a is It is formed to match the direction of the wood base plate 6. As the wood decorative veneer 1, an artificial veneer obtained by slicing a veneer veneer of natural wood such as oak or beech, or a 7-rich laminated layer of the same veneer is used, and its thickness dimension is approximately IIl, and V grooves 11 in the lateral direction are formed on the surface of the wooden decorative veneer 1 so as to divide the longitudinal direction of the wooden substrate 6. The length direction of the groove 4 is
The depth probing portion 4a of the groove 4 is located in a direction that matches the a cross direction of the wooden board 2, that is, in the lateral direction of the wooden board 6,
A large number of questions are arranged side by side in the direction of the wooden board 6, and the distance between the questions is about 5 to 30 squares (preferably 10 questions). Further, the width dimension of @4 is about 2TII1, and the depth dimension is about 7i*m, which is about 7i*m, which is about 7i*m, which is about 7i*m. The soft material layer 5 is made of a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet mixed with high specific gravity substances such as barium sulfate and lead powder, has a thickness of about 2 to 30 mm, and is formed by being attached to the back surface of the wooden substrate 6. It is something that will be done. Therefore, in this embodiment, the wooden decorative veneer 1 is laminated on the wooden plywood 3 which is made by laminating a plurality of wood @ 2 with different a-fiber directions, and the wooden plywood 3 is stacked on the back side of the wooden veneer 3. By arranging a large number of grooves 4 in parallel, which reach at most the vicinity of the topmost wooden board 2a, the wooden plywood 3 has sufficient bending flexibility and adapts well to the subfloor, and the shape of the grooves 4 is By making the horizontal direction coincide with the joint direction of the wooden board 2 of the wooden plywood 3 where the deep end 4a of the groove 4 is located, it is easy to bend without the resistance of the fibers of the wood @2 where the deep end 4& of the groove 4 is located. As a result, sufficient bending flexibility can be obtained for the wooden flooring material P without any problems, and carpeting can be applied directly to the subfloor surface without any work such as gluing or nailing. It is now easy to install and can be installed side by side. Further, in this embodiment, the convex part 8 and the concave part 9 are fitted to each other on the outer periphery of the wooden substrate 6, so that the M. It is difficult for a level difference to occur in the wooden flooring material P to be installed, and in this case, the convex part 8 and the four part part 9
They may be fitted with an adhesive interposed therebetween, or a baseboard may be fixed at the periphery of the room to prevent the wooden floor material P from lifting up. or,
In the example, the soft material/fi5 is a soft sheet (referred to as a sound insulation sheet) in which a high specific gravity substance is mixed.
Because it is used, not only does it have a sound effect, but its softness and high weight make it extremely compatible with the subfloor. Note that the present invention may be modified as shown in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. That is, in this embodiment, the overall shape of the wooden substrate 6 is a square shape, the dimension in the direction of the direction of the shape is approximately 1800 iam, and the dimension in the width direction is approximately 300 m+s. Three layers of wood plywood 3 are used, and the overall thickness is 6+ui.
The shape is such that the direction of the fibers of the top scrap wood board 2a matches the direction of the wood board 6. As the decorative wood veneer 1, an artificial veneer obtained by slicing 7-rich wood blocks is used. 6 grooves 4 in which grooves 11 are formed along the grooves 4
The fibers of the wooden board 2 (in FIG. 4, the fibers are formed on the lower wooden board 2 of the uppermost wooden board 2a, and in FIG. 5, they reach the uppermost wooden board 2a). It is formed in the direction that matches the direction, that is, the lateral direction (Fig. 14) and the V longitudinal direction (Fig. 5) of the wood base iR6, and is arranged in large numbers in each direction. In addition, the depth of the groove 4 in the transverse direction is approximately 3.5 cm, which extends to the lower layer of the wood board 2 excluding the top layer of the wood plywood 3 (2a).
4th rJ! J), the depth dimension of WIt4 in the direction of the handle is about 51, which is the extent to which it reaches the top layer of wooden board 2a of the wooden plywood 3II') (Fig. 5). The soft material layer 5 is made of a foamed sheet of Hewei resin, and is formed by being adhered to the back surface of the wooden substrate 6. Further, the present invention may be formed as shown in the embodiments shown in Fig. 1@6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8. That is, in this embodiment, wooden substrates similar to the wooden substrates 6 in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 12 are arranged in parallel and slightly shifted in the lateral direction, and the plurality of wooden substrates arranged in parallel are 6
A single soft material layer 5 is formed on the back surface of the holder to be integrated, and at that time, the convex part 8 and the concave part 9 are fitted into each other. However, in this embodiment, the wooden substrate 6
A 3M product is used as the wood plywood 3, and a soft seam mixed with a high specific gravity substance (j! sound sheet 12) is interposed between the wood plywood 3 and the decorative wood veneer 1. and
The soft material M5 is formed on the back surface of the wooden substrate 6 by arranging and fixing the wooden substrate 6 on the soft urethane resin filled in the mold. FIGS. 9 to 14 show still another embodiment, in which wood is sliced thinly and the fiber direction is in the longitudinal direction. (A decorative wood veneer 1 such as a sliced veneer is laminated on the surface layer of a wood plywood 3.The wood metal board 3 is made of plywood, and the plywood is made of three plies as shown in Fig. 13.
5-ply as shown in Figure 9 or 7-ply as shown in Figure 14 is used. The thickness of this kind of plywood wood [3 is about 5II 1 to 20 thick, and it is large! Long lengths such as 1.5 x 3 shaku, 1 x 3 shaku, 1 x 6 shaku, etc. can be used. On the back side of the wooden board 3, groove-like tlIt4 are arranged in parallel with saw blades, giving the wooden board 1 sufficient flexibility. Groove 4
may be formed vertically and horizontally. ? III4 is 1. 6
m11 3.2 ■ A medium one, the pitch of groove 4 is 5.
Approximately 0-11 300111 has been made. A soft material layer 5 with high sound insulation function is laminated on such wood plywood 3,
This soft material layer 5 suppresses the groove 4 from widening. The soft material layer 5 has a rubber hardness of about 95° to 96° (DD
By increasing the degree of softness, it is possible to absorb the unevenness of the subfloor during direct installation. Also, the soft material layer 5 should preferably have little elongation under tension. Furthermore, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the wood boards 3 have different fiber directions of the wood boards 2...
In other words, the fiber direction of the top layer of wood board 2a is set to the wood decorative veneer 1
The fiber direction of the wooden board 2, which is the second layer from the top, is oriented in the longitudinal direction, which is approximately the same direction as the fiber direction.
The fiber direction of the 3Nth wooden board 2 from the top is the same as that of the top layer. In this way, the fiber directions of the upper and lower layers are made to differ. This kind of wood plywood 3 is normal. The N & fiber direction of the wood decorative veneer 1, which is a long veneer with the fiber direction facing the direction of the cutting edge, and the fiber direction of the top layer wood board 2a of the wood composite @3 are made to be approximately in the same direction. By being ovalized in this way, there is no groove 4 in the top layer wood board 2a in the fiber direction equal to the a-fiber direction of the decorative wood veneer 1, such as a veneer, and the groove 4 is replaced by a short length of the decorative wood veneer 1. While being formed in the direction, the top scrap wood board 2a strongly opposes the bending force of the wooden decorative veneer 1 in the groove 4 in the direction of the fold. Therefore, it is difficult for cracks to occur on the surface side of the wood plywood 3, and there is no problem such as cracks appearing in the surface wood decorative layer Jfi1, and there is no problem with the surface design. The decorative veneer 1 is protected by the uppermost wooden board 2a. By the way, the soft material layer 5 in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 9 to 14 is made of a high specific gravity material such as parium sulfate, calcium bicarbonate, lead powder, copper powder, etc., such as polyethylene,
It is a mixed sheet mixed into a base material such as EVA, urethane, natural rubber, etc., and it is preferable to have a specific gravity of 1.0 or more, that is, a material with a specific gravity of about 1.5 to 3.0 is used. ..
The sheet thickness is about II1-3lIIm1, but normally a sheet with a thickness of about 2-3 is used. However, by using such a soft material layer 5, it can be laid to fit better into the subfloor such as a concrete slab or a floorboard. Then, the back surface of the soft material M5 is embossed to form an embossed part, and the depth of the embossed part is 0.1~0.7~
0. The thickness of the soft material layer 5 is approximately 8 mm, that is, approximately 50% to 10% of the thickness of the soft material layer 5, and an M&fiber sheet such as nonwoven fabric, cloth, or net is adhered to the back surface of the soft material layer 5, and concrete is It may be possible to absorb the unevenness of the subfloor such as a slab, alleviate and absorb walking noise (squeaks), and enhance the soundproofing effect. , it is possible to further prevent the wooden flooring material P from warping. Further, in the lower layer of the soft material layer 5, foam sheets 1-1 to 1 made of foamed resin, polyethylene resin, EVA resin, natural rubber, etc.
0mm thick sheets may be laminated and glued together to improve soundproofing and a feeling of low movement. 4.0 to 8.0 old may be laminated and bonded, or fiber cushioning materials made of compressed fibers such as felt may be laminated and bonded. Although the groove 4 was formed perpendicularly to the wooden plywood 1, the 15th groove
It can also be tilted vertically as shown in the figure.
The angle of inclination is preferably in the range of 45° to 90°, and by providing an inclination in this manner, the load from above can be dispersed and the W1 deviation of the groove 4 can be suppressed. Figure 16 shows the groove 4 bent and inclined.
can be processed. FIG. 17 shows yet another embodiment of the groove 4, in which the pitch of the groove 4 is set to 10+m from the left side of FIG.
15+am, 2011, 10mm, 1511, and 20mm, and by varying the groove pitch in this way, [4] allows for sufficient flexibility while ensuring sufficient flexibility from the top. It can sufficiently resist loads at locations where the pitch is large. [Effects of the Invention 1] In short, the present invention provides that the decorative wood veneer
It is laminated on multiple layers of wood plywood in different directions, and there are many grooves lined up on the back side of the wood plywood that reach at most the top scrap of the wood plywood, so it is sufficient for wood plywood. It has good bending flexibility and adapts well to the subfloor, and since the length direction of the groove is aligned with the a-fiber direction of the wood plywood board where the deep end of the groove is located, the deep layer of the groove is As a result, sufficient bending flexibility can be obtained for the wooden flooring material without any problems, and it can be directly bonded to the subfloor surface. Another advantage is that it can be easily installed without any work such as nailing. Also, since the groove is formed excluding the top layer of wood, no groove is formed in the upper layer of the wood that the deep end of the groove reaches, and the top layer of wood with different fiber directions is located, so the groove is formed. The top layer of wooden boards strongly resists the stress in the direction of bending of the wooden board, which reaches the deep end of the board, based on its fiber direction, suppressing cracks caused by forming the grooves, and therefore It is difficult for cracks to occur, there is no cracking in the surface decorative wood veneer, there is no problem with the surface design, and it is designed to prevent cracks from spreading to the decorative wood veneer. . Also, is there a layer of soft material on the entire back side of the wood plywood? ! :tt, combined with the flexibility created by forming the grooves, improves the adhesion to the subfloor, and in the soft material layer, for example, improves the adhesion to the subfloor such as mortar and coccrete,
It has the advantage of increasing the anti-slip properties on the subfloor and making it possible to install it without using nails or the like. Furthermore, since the length direction of the grooves is oriented in the short direction of the long wood plywood, there is an advantage that the bending flexibility in the length direction of the wood plywood can be further enhanced. In addition, since the wL fiber direction of the decorative wood veneer and the fiber direction of the top layer of wood are made to match, the compatibility between the decorative wood veneer and the top layer of wood is increased, and the fiber direction of the top layer without grooves is increased. In the case of wooden boards, there is an advantage that propagation of cracks, etc. to the decorative wood veneer can be more effectively suppressed.
