Building floors such as reinforced steel are often made by laying various flooring materials on a subfloor made of concrete or the like. Using wood flooring can make the room feel calm and give it a luxurious feel. However, when conventional wood flooring materials are laid directly on top of reinforced concrete slabs, they do not blend well with the underlying material, causing the flooring material to warp or push up due to changes in temperature and humidity, and over time, the underlying material may deteriorate. Sometimes it peeled off from the wood. To do this, we had to use the joist construction method, but doing so did not provide a satisfactory soundproofing effect. Another disadvantage of wooden flooring is that it has poor sound absorption properties.

On the other hand, with the increase in the number of housing complexes, various soundproofing measures are being taken to reduce the sound emitted from rooms as much as possible, and there is a strong demand for flooring materials that have sound absorbing and sound insulating effects.

In order to achieve the above object, this invention is a soundproof flooring material in which the surface of a wooden material is covered with a decorative veneer, and in the middle of the wooden material, a laminated layer of rubber and non-woven fabric is provided. The sheet is included, and grooves are provided at appropriate intervals on the front and back surfaces at corresponding positions with the laminated sheet in between, and which continue linearly in the width direction of the soundproof flooring material and do not reach the laminated sheet. The gist is a soundproof flooring material that is characterized by:

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the soundproof flooring material according to this invention. The soundproof flooring material 1 is made of plywood 2, 2, which is a wood material, with a laminated sheet 4 embedded therein along the surface direction, and the surface thereof is covered with a decorative veneer 3. Linearly continuous grooves 5a..., 5b... are provided in the grooves. Both of these grooves 5a..., 5b...
It has a depth that does not reach the central laminated sheet 4, and only the decorative veneer 3 and plywood 2, 2 appear on the exterior of the soundproof flooring material 1, and the laminated sheet 4 is not exposed. .

The laminated sheet 4 is, for example, a laminated sheet made of rubber and a nonwoven fabric, such as one in which a rubber sheet 4b is sandwiched between nonwoven fabrics 4a, 4a, such as polyurethane, as shown in FIG.

The soundproof flooring material according to this invention is not limited to the above embodiments. The shape of the groove may be a U-shape as shown in the figure, or a V-shape. Examples of wood materials other than plywood include fiberboard.

As described above, the soundproof flooring material according to the present invention has grooves, so even if it is laid directly on a reinforced concrete slab, it absorbs the expansion and contraction of the flooring material due to changes in temperature and humidity. Therefore, no warping or pushing up occurs.

The laminated sheet made of rubber and non-woven fabric is contained in the middle of the wood material, and grooves are formed on the front and back surfaces at corresponding positions across the laminated sheet. The wood bends more easily and blends better into the flooring. Since the laminated sheet made of rubber and nonwoven fabric is flexible and can be deformed elastically, it can favorably assist the deformation of wood materials.

Moreover, if you try to deform a relatively brittle wood material at a thick point, there is a risk that the wood material will break or crack, but there is a flexible laminated sheet at the location of the grooves mentioned above. This makes the wood material less likely to crack because it can bear the deformation stress or strain. Wood-based materials have the disadvantage of being relatively weak against tensile loads, but laminated sheets made of rubber and nonwoven fabric have superior tensile strength compared to wood-based materials, so their durability against tensile loads is greatly improved. Furthermore, even if a load is applied to the flooring material in the bending direction, the material will break due to the resulting tensile stress, so reinforcing the tensile strength with the above-mentioned laminated sheet will significantly increase the durability of the flooring material. It will become.

In addition, because the grooves form a space between the subfloor material and the flooring material, and because the flooring material has a sanderch structure made of wood materials, laminated sheets of rubber and nonwoven fabric, and decorative veneers, , exhibits excellent soundproofing function. This is because when multiple materials with different sound transmission characteristics are laminated, sound energy is easily absorbed at the boundaries of each material, and sound energy is well absorbed by the air in the interior space. This improves the soundproofing function.

In particular, the rubber constituting the laminated sheet has very high sound absorption performance due to its material, and nonwoven fabric also has high sound absorption performance because its internal structure contains minute spaces or air.

Furthermore, if grooves are provided in a single sheet of flooring material or in a flooring material made by simply bonding plywood and veneer, excessive stress may be placed on the grooved portion when vibrations or impact forces are applied to the flooring material during transportation or work. However, since the soundproof flooring material according to this invention has the above-mentioned highly flexible laminated sheet built into the center, this laminated sheet can effectively absorb vibrations and impact forces. This makes it difficult for the flooring material to break.

The presence of the laminated sheet also increases the dimensional stability of the flooring. This is because wood materials are susceptible to dimensional changes due to humidity and aging, but laminated sheets made of rubber and nonwoven fabric have superior dimensional stability compared to wood materials, so the dimensional stability of the entire flooring material is improved. It becomes expensive.

Furthermore, with this invention, the grooves formed on the surface of the wood material do not reach the laminated sheet, so the laminated sheet is exposed at the bottom of the groove and does not look good. It has a good appearance and is comparable to conventional flooring materials made only of wood materials.

In terms of construction efficiency, the soundproof flooring material of this invention is generally used with a width of 101 mm, a length of 1818 mm, and a groove distance of approximately 303 mm, but it is not limited to these dimensions. . The decorative veneer used at this time should preferably have a thickness of 3 mm or less.

Since the soundproof flooring material according to this invention is constructed as described above, it exhibits an excellent soundproofing effect, is easily bent, has good conformity to the subfloor, and is difficult to break even when bent. In particular, since we use a laminated sheet made of rubber and non-woven fabric that has various properties that compensate for the shortcomings of wood materials, it successfully eliminates the shortcomings of conventional soundproof flooring materials made of wood materials and has excellent usability. It is possible to provide soundproof flooring materials.
