Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period by placing a concrete member, having a cross sectional shape of inverted T and molding-hardened previously, on a flat surface of concrete filled on rubble, and fixing it with an anchor bolt. CONSTITUTION:A concrete member 5 having a cross sectional shape of inverted T and an appropriate length in the longitudinal direction is molding-hardened previously. Next, the concrete members 5 are continuously placed in the longitudinal direction on the surface of concrete 3 filled on rubble 2 placed on the cut ground 1, and the members 5 and the concrete 3 are fixed with an anchor bolts 6. Working efficiency can be thereby improved.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a method of constructing a foundation, which is the foundation when constructing a wooden building. (Prior art v/f) Conventional foundation construction The method is to lay a split stone on top of the cut TTP board, fix the board above it, and create an inverted T-shaped cross section.
A character-shaped space was laid horizontally, concrete was poured into the space, and the concrete was allowed to dry and harden for several days after pouring, after which the planks were removed and a cloth foundation was installed. <Problems to be solved by the invention> However, with the above method, it takes a certain number of days for the concrete poured into the space to dry and harden sufficiently, and the cross-sectional shape of the cloth foundation cannot be changed. Because it needed to be shaped into a complicated inverted T-shape, the preparatory work of fixing the planks to form the space before pouring concrete was extremely complicated, and this work also required a certain number of days. Because of these two steps, later construction work was significantly delayed, and the entire construction period was often extended.

In view of the above points, the present invention eliminates the preparation work to be performed before pouring concrete for the cloth foundation, and also reduces the drying time of the concrete that will become the cloth foundation during the construction stage.
The purpose of this study is to provide a foundation construction method that can shorten the construction period by eliminating the need for foundation work.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has an inverse cross-sectional shape.
R-shaped concrete members with an appropriate length in the longitudinal direction are placed on split stones laid on ground that has been hardened into a certain shape and cut into seven roots, or on a flat surface with concrete poured over the split stones. The above-mentioned concrete parts were placed continuously in the longitudinal direction, and the above-mentioned concrete parts and the cracked stone or filled concrete below were fixed with anchor bolts. [Function] With the above configuration, since the cloth foundation and the concrete can stock with an inverted T-shaped cross section like I are dried and hardened in advance, it is possible to dry and harden the concrete during the construction process. There is no need to leave it in that state, and
After placing the concrete parts on the cracked stones, etc., the concrete parts and the split stones, etc. are fixed with anchor bolts, etc., and the condition is similar to that of a cloth foundation, so it is called a cloth foundation. It is not necessary to pour concrete or to perform any work beforehand, and the foundation work can be completed in a short time, improving the efficiency of the foundation work.

(Example) The present invention, as shown in FIG.
Concrete (3) is filled from above the cracked stones (2) laid on m (1), and a concrete member (5) formed and hardened in an inverted T-shape is placed on the flat surface (4). The above-mentioned concrete member (5) and the filled concrete (3) are fixed with anchor bolts (6).Here, when the concrete member (5) is aa!, as shown in Fig. 2. , Concrete members (5) of appropriate lengths (m), (n) are continuous in the longitudinal direction, and the lengths (m>, (n) are determined by appropriate lengths determined by design. Alternatively, by manufacturing various lengths in advance and combining them, it is possible to place concrete members (5〉) on the entire foundation part.In addition, each concrete member ( -5) For the connection of rW1, it is sufficient to use the method conventionally used for connecting concrete walls, etc., and the bent portion should be a bent portion as shown in Figure 3 or Figure 4. Cut the end face (7) of the concrete member (5) diagonally and cut both end faces (7)
, [7] is brought into contact with the bent part to make it oval, or,
It is sufficient to manufacture the concrete member (8) in a shape that includes the bent part. In addition, for cloth foundations, as shown in Figure 5, there are certain standards for determining dimensions such as foundation width (9), foundation composition (10), footing thickness (11), and footing width (12). , if these dimensions can be determined at the design stage,
It is easy to pre-manufacture concrete members (5) to predetermined dimensions, and even if the dimensions are uncertain at the design stage, depending on the size and type of the structure. Since the approximate dimensions can be determined and similar dimensions are used for structures of the same type, a large number of different sizes are manufactured in large quantities, and from among these, the one with the appropriate size is used. All you have to do is select . (Effects) As described above, in the present invention, an inverted T-shaped concrete member is manufactured in advance and the foundation work is completed by placing it. There is no need to create a space with an inverted T-shaped cross section, or to pour concrete into the space, so the construction period can be extremely shortened and work efficiency can be improved. In addition, the advantage of prefabricated houses, which have been popularly constructed in recent years, is that the construction period is short, and if the foundation work according to the present invention is adopted when constructing such houses, the construction period can be further shortened. This will increase its utility value.
