[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention applies to conventional steel used when creating wave-dissipating concrete blocks, wave-dissipating caissons, or retaining walls, breakwaters, embankments, seawalls, dams, and other civil engineering structures. This relates to a concrete waste frame that can be used as an alternative to wooden or board formwork.

[Conventional technology] Conventionally, steel or temporary formwork has been used when constructing structures, but these require both the assembly and removal of the formwork. In addition, it takes time and effort to pick up the product after it has been removed, which increases costs.

Furthermore, since the formwork cannot be removed until the main concrete has hardened, it has the disadvantage that on-site work takes a long time.

[Means for solving the problem] Therefore, the present invention is to manufacture the conventional formwork part from concrete, which is the same material as the construction member, and to make the concrete construction member to be constructed inside this precast member (PC member). The required total amount of reinforcing bars is assembled in advance, and the PC members are assembled as a formwork, and at the same time, they are integrated with the main body of cast-in-place concrete to become a construction member.
During this integration, the inner surface of the PC member on the main body side is made uneven and a portion of the reinforcing bars to be buried are exposed so that the PC member and the main body part are firmly joined.

[実施例] 図面に示す一実施例に従つて説明する。[Example] An embodiment shown in the drawings will be explained.

In a relatively thin formwork-shaped precast concrete (PC concrete) body, main reinforcements 2 are arranged in the longitudinal direction, distribution reinforcements 3 are distributed in a direction perpendicular to this, and concave portions 4 and convex portions 5 are distributed in parallel. are formed alternately.

The amount of main reinforcement and distribution reinforcement incorporates the total amount of reinforcement required for the structure to be manufactured.

Moreover, the shape of the unevenness is the same whether it is a cross-sectional waveform or a truss shape.

In this case, the unevenness is arranged sequentially in the direction of the main reinforcement with a constant pitch, but the width, height, and pitch can be set arbitrarily and do not necessarily have to be constant, and can be large at both ends and small in the middle. , can be set arbitrarily to suit the structural conditions.

In the figure, both the main reinforcement and the distribution reinforcement are partially exposed in the concave portion, but only one of them may be exposed, or they may be exposed in both the concave and convex portions.

The waste frame of the present invention is formed in this way, and when constructing a structure, if the cast-in-place concrete is poured into the formwork, the cast-in-place concrete will enter the recesses 4 in this formwork (the waste frame), and The two are fully integrated with the exposed reinforcing bars. After integration, the waste frame becomes part of the structural member.

[Effects of the invention] Since the formwork is directly incorporated as a structural member in this way, there is no need to remove the formwork, and the total amount of reinforcing bars required for the structural member to be constructed can be stored within this waste frame. Since it can be calculated and installed in advance, there is no need to assemble reinforcing bars on site, which can significantly shorten the construction period.

Furthermore, by forming the joint surface between the main body and the waste frame into an uneven shape, the effect of combining the structures of the two is increased.
