Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts in a current collecting mechanism and to simplify the structure by detecting vertical displacement of a trolley wire during travel of a train, driving a direct drive motor, and ascending or descending a collector shoe. CONSTITUTION:A direct drive motor 21 moves a collector shoe 26 up and down through a coupling link 17. The upper face of the collector shoe 26 contacts with a trolley wire 12. The collector shoe 26 follows ascending motion of the trolley wire 12, and when a limit is exceeded an ascend detecting switch 30 functions to start the direct drive motor 21 thus ascending the collector shoe 26. The direct drive motor 21 stops upon turn OFF of the ascend detection switch 30. Upon descent of the trolley wire 12, a descent detection switch 31 is turned ON to start the direct drive motor 21 so as to descend the collector shoe 26, and subsequently the descent detection switch 31 is turned OFF to stop the direct drive motor 21. By such arrangement, a cylinder unit, air piping, a solenoid valve, and the like can be eliminated, resulting in the simplification of the structure.

[Means for solving the problem] In other words, the means for achieving the purpose is to use an electric motor to raise and lower the current collector, and the electric motor and a ball screw are used to raise and lower the current collector. A linear motion device with a built-in motor (hereinafter referred to as a linear motion motor) that converts the rotation of the motor into axial motion of the output shaft at the tip is used, and current is collected from the output shaft of the direct motion motor via an insulated rod. The main shaft lever fixed to the main shaft of the device is moved to raise and lower the current collector, and when the contact wire moves up and down during running, the deflection of the support spring of the current collection boat is detected and the current collector is moved directly. The electric motor is driven to raise and lower the current collector framework.

When the train runs and the height of the contact wire 12 rises, the collector boat 26 and the support rod 27 follow and rise, and when it rises above a certain level, the magnetic ring 28 activates the lift detection switch 30, and the linear motion The electric motor 21 is started, the output shaft 22 is retracted, the main shaft 19 is rotated through the insulating rod 23 and the main shaft leverage, and the power output device framework and the detection switch are raised.

When the contact force between the contact wire 12 and the current collector boat 26 reaches a predetermined value, that is, 5.5 kg, the support spring 25 is bent, and the lifting detection switch 30 is turned off, so that the linear motor 21 is stopped. Further, when the height of the contact wire 12 becomes lower, the support spring 25 is bent, and the magnet ring 28 is lowered, turning on the detection switch 31, so the linear crawler 21 is activated.
The output shaft 22 comes out, rotates the main shaft 19 in the downward direction, and the framework descends. When the framework is lowered and the contact force between the contact wire 12 and the current collector boat 26 is reduced, the support spring 25 is extended, the lowering detection switch 31 is turned OFF, the linear motor 21 is stopped, and the lowering of the framework is stopped.

When the current collector is folded, the current collector boat 26 has no contact force with the contact wire 12, so the lift detection switch 30 is in the ON state as shown in FIG. When turned on in the upward direction, the current collector rises, contacts the contact wire 12, and returns to the state shown in FIG. 1.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the main spring device, lowering cylinder device, key device, air piping, electromagnetic valve, etc. in the conventional current collector are completely unnecessary, and it is very simple and has a great practical effect. Furthermore, since it is an all-electric type, it is possible to perform active control of follow-up by using an appropriate contact wire position detection means, which will have great benefits in the future.
