This relates to a curved building material whose eaves are curved downward.

及び実開昭59−3924号公報等)。
Various types of curved construction materials have been on the market, but in those cases, rainwater accumulates between the ribs that are generated from the raised parts (ridges) to the horizontal parts between the raised parts when curved. This causes the roof to rot faster. Therefore, it has been considered to cut out a part of the rib on the horizontal part to form a waterway (Japanese Patent Publication No. 15833/1983, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3924/1983, etc.).

However, when the above-mentioned method is used, manufacturing time is required, and the cost is inevitably increased accordingly.
そこで本考案は、製造簡易にしてリブ間に水路

することを目的とする。 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a curved building material that is easy to manufacture, can form water channels between the ribs, does not allow water to accumulate between the ribs, and can thereby prevent corrosion and deterioration of the roofing material as much as possible.

The present invention is characterized by the rib 4 produced during curve molding.
The above-mentioned problem has been solved by using a curved building material characterized in that the height of the building material is gradually reduced from the bottom surface 5 until the height becomes 0.

A waterway is formed in the part where the height of the rib 4 is 0, and rainwater flows from there, so rainwater does not accumulate between the ribs 4.

もよいし、その中途であつてもよい。 In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a curved construction material made of steel or the like, which is usually manufactured by forming a rolled sheet material. In the curved building material 1, ridges 2 are formed at appropriate intervals. A curved portion 3 is formed by bending the curved building material 1. The curved portion 3 corresponds to the eaves of the roof. Reference numeral 4 denotes a rib provided during the above-mentioned curving process, which is formed from the ridge 2 to the bottom surface 5, and is formed low above the ridge 2 and high below it. The height of the rib 4 on the bottom surface 5 gradually decreases toward the tip, and the tip has a height of 0. The position set to 0 may be at the end of the bottom surface 5 as shown in the figure, or may be halfway there.

When it rains, the rainwater that flows down between the ridges 2 is dammed by the horizontal part of the rib 4, but since a waterway is formed at the tip of the rib 4 at a height of 0, the rainwater flows in a zigzag pattern between the ridges 2. and passes through the curved section 3. Therefore, rainwater will not accumulate between the ribs 4 and corrode those parts.

Since the present invention is as described above, the water channel can be formed at the same time as the ribs are formed, so it is easy to manufacture and is advantageous in terms of cost, and has the effect of preventing corrosion and deterioration of the roofing material.
