用いる二色以上の色彩を施した化粧繊維セメント

様として観察できないという欠点があつた。また
色の異なる二色以上の塗料により一色目は全面
に、二色目以上は部分的に塗り分けて成る化粧繊
維セメント板も知られているが、このものにあつ
ても二色目以上が褪色して模様が消失してしまう

すなわち本考案の化粧繊維セメント板は繊維セ
メント板1上に着色セメント層2を設け、この着
色セメント層2上に着色セメント層2とは異なる
色の模様層3を部分的に設け、着色セメント層2
および模様層3に粒径が50〜150メツシユの範囲
に全体の70%以上が含まれる骨材4を含有する透
光性の表面保護層5を被覆して成るものである。
以下本考案を添付の図面に示す実施例に基づいて
説明する。図示例は繊維セメント板1として石綿
セメント板1aを用いた例である。石綿セメント
板1a上には着色セメント層2を設けている。こ
の着色セメント層2は、セメントを主成分として
必要に応じて高炉スラグ、シリカ微粉末、フライ
アツシユ等を添加した混合物100重量部に対し、
石綿短繊維約1〜5重量部、ベース色となる顔料
約5〜10重量部配合して調製したスラリーを石綿
セメント板1aに塗布して約50〜30μmの厚さと
したものである。この着色セメント層2上には着
色セメント層2とは異なる色の模様層3を部分的
に設けている。この模様層3はアクリル樹脂エマ
ルジヨン(固形分45〜50重量%)100重量部に対
し、着色セメント層2の顔料とは異なる色の顔料
約5〜10重量部を添加混合したものをたとえば第
2図に示すように上方に設置したスプレー装置6
を間欠的に動作させてコンベヤチエーン7により
搬送される着色セメント層2を設けた石綿セメン
ト板1aの模様を現出したい部分に約40〜100
g/m2の塗布量にて塗装して形成する。この模様
層3は全化粧面積の50%未満とするのが好まし
い。着色セメント層2および模様層3には微細な
骨材4を含有する透光性の表面保護層5を被覆し
ている。骨材4としては水に不溶性のもので、例
えば、シリカ、パーライト、ガラスのような白
色、半透明あるいは透明で透光性を有するものを
好適に使用することができる。骨材4はその粒径
が50〜150メツシユの範囲に全体の70%以上が含
まれるものである。粒径が50メツシユを超えると
表面保護層5に凹凸を生じさせてしまい、逆に
150メツシユ未満の場合には粒状感及び耐候性を
付与できなくなつてしまう。この骨材4により粒
状感および耐候性を付与する。表面保護層5はア
クリル樹脂エマルジヨン(固形分45〜50重量%)
100重量部に対して骨材約20〜60重量部と必要に
応じて着色セメント層2と同系色の顔料を約0.1
〜2重量部配合した混合物を約80〜20g/m2の塗
布量にて塗装して形成する。なお着色セメント層
2と同系色の顔料は添加しなくてもよい。また繊
維セメント板1としては他に木毛セメント板など

維セメント板に粒状感および耐候性を付与できる
と共に表面保護層は透光性であるので屋根等に施
工しても模様が視認でき、又着色セメント層およ
び模様層に表面保護層を被覆しているので長期間
にわたり褪色しなく色の耐候性にもすぐれている
