様として観察できないという欠点があつた。また
色の異なる二色以上の塗料により一色目は全面
に、二色目以上は部分的に塗り分けて成る化粧繊
維セメント板も知られているが、このものにあつ
ても二色目以上が褪色して模様が消失してしまう

すなわち本考案の化粧繊維セメント板は繊維セ
メント板１上に着色セメント層２を設け、この着
色セメント層２上に着色セメント層２とは異なる
色の模様層３を部分的に設け、着色セメント層２
および模様層３に粒径が50〜150メツシユの範囲
に全体の70％以上が含まれる骨材４を含有する透
光性の表面保護層５を被覆して成るものである。
以下本考案を添付の図面に示す実施例に基づいて
説明する。図示例は繊維セメント板１として石綿
セメント板１ａを用いた例である。石綿セメント
板１ａ上には着色セメント層２を設けている。こ
の着色セメント層２は、セメントを主成分として
必要に応じて高炉スラグ、シリカ微粉末、フライ
アツシユ等を添加した混合物100重量部に対し、
石綿短繊維約１〜５重量部、ベース色となる顔料
約５〜10重量部配合して調製したスラリーを石綿
セメント板１ａに塗布して約50〜30μｍの厚さと
したものである。この着色セメント層２上には着
色セメント層２とは異なる色の模様層３を部分的
に設けている。この模様層３はアクリル樹脂エマ
ルジヨン（固形分45〜50重量％）100重量部に対
し、着色セメント層２の顔料とは異なる色の顔料
約５〜10重量部を添加混合したものをたとえば第
２図に示すように上方に設置したスプレー装置６
を間欠的に動作させてコンベヤチエーン７により
搬送される着色セメント層２を設けた石綿セメン
ト板１ａの模様を現出したい部分に約40〜100
ｇ／m2の塗布量にて塗装して形成する。この模様
層３は全化粧面積の50％未満とするのが好まし
い。着色セメント層２および模様層３には微細な
骨材４を含有する透光性の表面保護層５を被覆し
ている。骨材４としては水に不溶性のもので、例
えば、シリカ、パーライト、ガラスのような白
色、半透明あるいは透明で透光性を有するものを
好適に使用することができる。骨材４はその粒径
が50〜150メツシユの範囲に全体の70％以上が含
まれるものである。粒径が50メツシユを超えると
表面保護層５に凹凸を生じさせてしまい、逆に
150メツシユ未満の場合には粒状感及び耐候性を
付与できなくなつてしまう。この骨材４により粒
状感および耐候性を付与する。表面保護層５はア
クリル樹脂エマルジヨン（固形分45〜50重量％）
100重量部に対して骨材約20〜60重量部と必要に
応じて着色セメント層２と同系色の顔料を約0.1
〜２重量部配合した混合物を約80〜20ｇ／m2の塗
布量にて塗装して形成する。なお着色セメント層
２と同系色の顔料は添加しなくてもよい。また繊
維セメント板１としては他に木毛セメント板など

工しても模様が視認でき、又着色セメント層およ
び模様層に表面保護層を被覆しているので長期間
にわたり褪色しなく色の耐候性にもすぐれている
