As a result, by incorporating glyceryl sulfate monofatty acid ester or its salt into a phosphate ester surfactant, which has traditionally been used as a solid detergent because it is difficult to make into a liquid, it has excellent foaming properties and is gentle on the skin. The inventors have discovered that it is possible to obtain a liquid detergent composition that is hypoallergenic, and have completed the present invention.

In addition, from the results of Samples A, A, and E, the cleaning composition of the present invention contains a phosphate ester surfactant alone or a glyceryl sulfate monofatty acid ester or its salt alone. It can be seen that the foaming power is synergistically improved compared to the foaming power of the agent composition.

An aqueous solution was prepared so that the concentration of the agent was 10% by weight. These were applied in 20-batch batches and a 48-hour closed batch test was conducted on 20 humans. One hour after the batch was removed, skin irritation was evaluated in the following four stages.
