That is, most of it can be removed by cleaning with a surfactant, abrasive, etc. when putting on and taking off contact lenses every day. However, if this daily cleaning is neglected, or depending on the wearer's constitution, the lens may become stuck to the lens.
Enzyme treatment using proteolytic enzymes etc. is required.

However, in soft contact lenses, which are required to be sterilized by boiling, the proteins are thermally denatured and intricately intertwined, and the current state is that the removal effect on these denatured and coagulated proteins is not sufficient. .

。Therefore, conventional enzyme-containing contact lens cleaning solutions contain various additives in order to enhance the cleaning effect of the enzyme, which is the main component, but the effects are not so great. For example, it is known to use urea, hydrosulfohydryl compounds, acids, alkalis, etc. However, due to the nature of urea being poorly soluble in water, it is not possible to add urea at a high enough concentration to enhance the cleaning effect, and there is also an odor. There are many problems such as accompanying.

It is thought that there are two peaks. Although it is not clear what causes the synergistic improvement in the cleaning effect of the present invention, it is possible that it is based on multiple activity expression patterns (persistence of peak activity, diversification of decomposition mechanisms, etc.) It is presumed that this contributes to decomposition.

。In addition, amphoteric surfactants and anionic surfactants do not inhibit the activities of the above two types of enzymes, nor do they impair the optical properties of the lens, and exhibit cleaning effects. The combination can further improve the cleaning effect.

Moreover, by combining these with a specific surfactant, it is possible to improve the cleaning effect of the gorge layer without affecting the enzyme activity.
