を更に詳述するに、該各揺動アーム8,11は
夫々クロスメンバ8a,11aを介して連結され
る左右1対のアーム部材8b,8b,11b,1
1bを備えるものとし、該第1揺動アーム8をそ
のアーム部材8b,8bの上端に横設した軸7に
より機枠3上の左右1対の軸受部14,14に軸
